★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγοράσαμε δύο ζευγάρια παπούτσια από 110€ για ένα γάμο σε κεντρική εκκλησία στο Ληξούρι και μέσα σε τρεις ώρες τα παπούτσια ήταν άχρηστα.. Και η αντιμετώπιση όταν πήγαμε στο κατάστημα να τα δείξουμε ήταν απαράδεκτη... Λυπάμαι γιατί έχουν πάρει πολλά χρήματα από εμάς..
We bought two pairs of shoes from 110 € for a wedding in a central church in Lixouri and within three hours the shoes were useless .. And the treatment when we went to the store to show them was unacceptable ... I'm sorry because they have taken a lot of money from us. .

Παραγγείλα κάτι μου ήρθε εμαιλ επιβεβαίωση παραγγελίας περνάνε 3 μέρες και το προϊόν δεν ήρθε ακόμα ( έλεγε ότι θα έρθει από 1-3 εργάσιμες μέρες ) παίρνω τηλέφωνο την τέταρτη μέρα και μου λένε πως δεν είναι διαθέσιμο. Από τη στιγμή που είδαν την παραγγελία δεν μπορούσαν να με ειδοποιήσουν με ενα εμαιλ ή ένα τηλεφώνημα να μου πουν ότι δεν υπάρχει το προϊόν;
Tragic. I ordered something, I received an order confirmation email, 3 days pass and the product has not arrived yet (it said it will come in 1-3 working days) I call on the fourth day and they tell me that it is not available. From the moment they saw the order they could not notify me with an email or a phone call to tell me that the product does not exist?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτο service, ειδικά από έναν αγενέστατο νεαρό που ήταν εκεί. Ζήτησα να κάνουν μία καλύτερη τιμή χωρις απόδειξη και απάντησε με πολλή αγένεια ότι δεν ήταν "αρκετά" τα 35€ που πλήρωσα για να κάνει κάτι καλύτερο. Προφανώς δεν είναι υποχρεωμένοι να κάνουν έκπτωση, οφείλουν όμως να μιλάνε ευγενικά μιας και ο πελάτης δεν τους "χρωστάει" τα χρήματά του.
