Very high quality chocolates and pralines at the best prices .... true it's a bit pricey but we are talking about a quality worth every euro ... highly recommended for gifts along with quality wines .... the staff are impeccable and polite and promptly helpful ...

Η εξυπηρέτηση που έλαβα συνοψίζεται στην ανεκδιήγητη αγένεια και φράσεις απευθυνόμενες στο πρόσωπό μου, όπως "κοπελιά" , "ήρθες εδώ πρωί πρωί να μας χαλάσεις τη μέρα", "α καλά, έχεις τα θεματάκια σου". Επιπλέον, για την αγορά μου δεν μου δόθηκε απόδειξη. Oι αγενείς τρόποι και η έλλειψη παιδείας του προσωπικού που εξυπηρετεί θα σοκάρουν σίγουρα και τον πιο καλοπροαίρετο πελάτη. Πολύ δυσάρεστο μια τόσο σπουδαία επιχείρηση να εκπροσωπείται από τέτοια πρόσωπα. The quality and the name of the chocolate factory "LEONIDAS" are unfortunately represented in the worst way in the store of Thessaloniki. The service I received is summed up in the unspeakable rudeness and phrases addressed to my face, such as "girl", "you came here in the morning to spoil our day", "oh well, you have your issues". In addition, I was not given a receipt for my purchase. The rude manners and lack of education of the staff that serves will surely shock even the most well-meaning customer. It is very unpleasant for such a great company to be represented by such people.

Υπ'όψιν, οι πραλίνες είναι σοκολατάκια με γέμιση, δεν είναι 100% σοκολάτα. Very good chocolates, and very expensive. They are worth as a status symbol or gift, because the same or better ones exist elsewhere, and cheaper. Keep in mind, pralines are chocolates with filling, they are not 100% chocolate.

These are chocolate boutiques and gift items that are works of art! The quality is impeccable and is a great choice for a good quality gift. The shop window is the only station on the walk of the Metropolis that prepares you for the range of products you will find inside the store.

I called and spoke with George, who was superbly kind and helpful. He guided me through it and in the end everything arrived as planned - and the birthday girl loved the chocolates. Will definitely visit next time I’m in Thessaloníki. Highly recommend!
