Called ahead asked about a 9000 BTU A/C assured me they had 4 in stock, drove all the way there only to find out they a were out of them but had other for much more! Only reason for the second star. The gentleman working in the A/C department was very curtious. PIREUS LOCATION. And to be be quite honest the mistake was made by their central call center that did not bother to check with the store that I was going for pick up. Till today the website still shows 4 available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing store but the staff in store definately need some training......especially with customer service...appalling service - this rating accounts to for all the 15 visits I made. 1 member of staff sends you to another and another ... although I understand each member of staff has their own department of course but their "customer service" is the worst I came across for a long time...:( (I will add though that the cashiers were always top and explaining /doing their job correctly...so 5* to them )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big store with all kinds of tools, material for woodwork,tiles,taps , everything fir the kitchen and bathroom and many other things for the garden such as furniture plands fertilizer and so on.Prices are quite reasonable.However you should be careful with the quality and compare before buying!I have bought many things the most wonderful being curtains for my summer house!They were on sale!Great prce and quality.Couldn't have found any better!Search for offers!
