★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 new pairs of trousers and 3 shirts destroyed. They were washed/dried at extremely high temperature, despite me asking them to use a soft program. Brand new clothes were shrunk 2 sizes and lost their color. Total loss 300€. No apology, they did agree to die the shirts, but they are shrunk so no use.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good job with clothes but they should choose another company to collaborate with, when it comes to carpets. I had been waiting for 2,5 months to take my carpet back, when they told me that the company lost my carpet and it's nowhere to be found. Finally, after 2 weeks it was found but it is not worth waiting 3 months to get your carpet back, especially not in the winter, not to mention that the company lost it (the name of the company is "Alaska Services"). And when I finally got it, it was still a bit dirty at some places. So much for waiting a half-cleaned carpet! Anyway, this is not the store's fault but they should choose better collaborators.
