v	vasiliki stamatelou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ εξυπηρετικοί οι υπάλληλοι του καταστήματος, αλλά υπάρχει πρόβλημα με το θέμα της ενημέρωσης της πορείας των παραγγελιών. Πήρα στρώμα για το μωράκι μου και μέσα στην τιμή που πλήρωσα ήταν και τα μεταφορικά. Μου είπαν ότι σε μια εβδομάδα από την παραγγελία θα με ενημέρωναν οι ίδιοι για την ώρα και μέρα παράδοσης. Τελικά πέρασαν 2 εβδομάδες και τους πήρα εγώ να τους ρωτήσω για την εξέλιξη της παραγγελίας. Τους είπα οτι περίμενα τηλέφωνο τους όπως μου είχαν υποδείξει αλλά το προσπέρασαν και σαν να μην συνέβη τίποτα μου είπαν ότι το στρώμα είναι στο κατάστημα και ότι μπορώ να περάσω να παραλάβω. Για την μεταφορική ούτε λόγος, ετσι κατέληξα να πάω να το παραλάβω με το αμάξι γιατί θα γεννούσα και στρώμα δεν θα είχα ακόμη. Το ίδιο πρόβλημα με την ανυπαρξία ενημέρωσης περί παραγγελιών συνέβη και στο κατάστημα του Κηφισού από όπου αγόρασα την κούνια του μωρού. The employees of the store are very helpful, but there is a problem with the issue of updating the order process. I got a mattress for my baby and among the price I paid were the shipping. I was told that within a week of the order they would inform me about the time and day of delivery. Eventually 2 weeks passed and I got them to ask them about the progress of the order. I told them that I was waiting for their phone as they had indicated to me but they passed it and as if nothing happened they told me that the mattress is in the store and that I can go and pick it up. For the transport reason, so I ended up going to pick it up in the car because I would give birth and I would not have a mattress yet. The same problem with the lack of information about orders happened in the store of Kifissos from where I bought the baby cot.

Με μια ιδιαίτερη έμφαση στη κα Αμαλία η οποία από την πρώτη στιγμή μας έλυσε όλες τις απορίες σαν νέοι γονείς. Εξυπηρετική, ευγενική παρόλο το έντονο φόρτο εργασίας της. Thank you very much for the excellent service of the Piraeus store. With a special emphasis on Ms. Amalia who from the first moment solved all our questions as new parents. Helpful, polite despite her intense workload.
J	Juan Mavr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Βασικά από την γέννηση της μικρής μας ψωνίζουμε στο λητω Μοσχάτου. Οπότε χρειάστηκε κάτι μας εξυπηρέτησαν άμεσα βρίσκοντας λύση σε οποιοδήποτε πρόβλημα. Ένα μεγάλο μπράβο και στον υπεύθυνο του καταστήματος που παίρνει μια απόφαση άμεσα, για να εξυπηρετήσει τον πελάτη και δεν κρύβεται όπως συμβαίνει συχνά σε μεγάλα καταστήματα! Basically the birth of a small shop in our LETO Muscat. So it took us directly served by finding a solution to any problem. A big thumbs up and the store manager who takes a decision immediately, to serve the customer and not hidden as often happens in big stores!

Εκανα παραγγελία χθες Κυριακή 9/01/2022 κ μετά απο 5 λεπτά ακριβώς μπήκα κ τους έστειλα email με αλλαγή στο ένα προιόν. Επίσης πήρα κ τηλέφωνο σήμερα το πρωί 10/01 για να επιβεβαιώσω ότι έλαβαν το email κ μου είπε κάποια κυρία ότι είναι όλα εντάξει θα ενημερωθούν αυτοί που πρέπει για την αλλαγή. Στις 4 το απόγευμα μου έρχεται μήνυμα στο email μου ότι δεν γίνεται η αλλαγή σε αυτό το στάδιο. Τα συμπεράσματα δικά σας για το πως ''λειτουργεί" η συγκεκριμένη εταιρεία. Με τσαμπουκά να στείλουν αυτά που θέλουν!! Κ αναρωτιέμαι πες ότι δεν ενημέρωσε η συγκεκριμένη κυρία που είδε το email κ μίλησε μαζί μου το ανάλογο τμήμα (που βέβαια είναι δικό τους πρόβλημα) τόσο γρήγοροι είναι που σε μερικές ώρες είχαν ετοιμάσει κ στείλει την παραγγελία!! Επίσης το τηλέφωνο που έχουν στο eshop σου λ'εει κάποιες οδηγίες τι νούμερο πατάς κτλπ για να συνδεθείς κ μετά κλείνει η γραμμή.Προσπάθησα τουλάχιστον 5 φορές κ μετά πήρα στα κεντρικά τους. Για γέλια κ για κλάματα μαζί δυστυχώς. Τέλος αποδεικνύοντας του λόγου το αληθές παρακάτω σας παραθέτω το email που έστειλα χθες με την αλλαγή κ αυτό που μου έστειλαν σήμερα το απόγευμα. Just a company with a grocery store in the neighborhood. I placed an order yesterday Sunday 9/01/2022 and after 5 minutes I just went in and sent them an email with a change in a product. I also called this morning 10/01 to confirm that they received the email and a lady told me that everything is fine, those who need to be informed about the change will be informed. At 4 in the afternoon I receive a message in my email that the change is not made at this stage. Your own conclusions about how this company "works". With tsabouka to send what they want !! I wonder if the specific lady who saw the email did not inform and spoke to me in the relevant section (which of course is their problem) they are so fast that in a few hours they had prepared and sent the order !! Also, the phone they have in your eshop tells you some instructions, what number you press, etc. to connect and then the line closes. I tried at least 5 times and then I got to their headquarters. For laughs and cries together unfortunately. Finally, proving the truth, I quote you the email I sent yesterday with the change and what they sent me this afternoon.
