★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 0 εξυπηρέτηση, καμία ενημέρωση για τπτ, απίστευτη αγένεια.κ φυσικά δεν θα ξανα περάσω ουτε απ εξω.κριμα που έπρεπε να βάλω κ ενα αστεράκι για να αφήσω το σχόλιο μου.
The service, no updates on tweaks, incredible rudeness. Of course I would never go back without a hint. I had to put a star to leave my comment.

Τέλος Δεκεμβρίου η παραγγελία
τέλος Γενάρη για παραλαβή μας είπαν
Τέλος Γενάρη μας είπαν ότι θα έρθει αρχές Φεβρουαρίου όπου φτάσαμε στις μέρες μας
Και αρχές Φεβρουαρίου μας είπαν ότι θέλουν περίπου ένα μήνα
Τώρα ξεχάσανε την παραγγελία;
Δώσανε αλλού την παραγγελία μας;
Έκανε κάποιος κάπου λάθος;
Έφταιγε όντως το εργοστάσιο στο εξωτερικό ;
Έφταιγε η αλυσίδα franchise;
Έφταιγε ο τοπικός αντιπρόσωπος;
Είναι κάτι που δεν θα μάθουμε ποτέ αλλά ούτε μας νοιάζει κιόλας.
Στο τέλος επειδή με όσα ακούσαμε κόντεψαμε να γεννήσουμε πήγαμε σε ένα άλλο κατάστημα και κάναμε την δουλεία μας
Είναι και άλλα που έγιναν αλλά δεν θέλω ούτε να τα γράψω γιατί ήδη ανεβάζω πίεση
Προσπάθησα να επισυνάψω τα γεγονότα
Η τελική κρίση δικιά σας
Προσωπικά ούτε καρφίτσα δεν πρόκειται να πάρω από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα
Ευτυχώς υπάρχουν πολλές επιλογές
Briefly:
The end of December the order
finally we were told on January
Finally we were told in January that it would be early February where we arrived
And in early February we were told they wanted about a month
Now they forgot the order?
Did they place our order elsewhere?
Did anyone do something wrong?
Was the factory really overseas?
Was the franchise chain guilty?
Was the local agent guilty?
It is something we will never learn but we don't even care about.
In the end, because of what we heard we were about to give birth, we went to another store and did our work
There are others that happened but I don't even want to write them because I'm already putting pressure

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πριν αναφερθούμε στα προϊόντα του καταστήματος οφείλουμε να κάνουμε ειδική μνεία στο εξαιρετικα ευγενικό και πλήρως ενημερωμένο προσωπικό (Σοφία , Ειρήνη) και φυσικά τον υπεύθυνο του καταστήματος ,τον κ.Δημητρη που μας συμπεριφέρθηκε με τον καλύτερο τρόπο.Εξαιρετικος επαγγελματίας!!!!! Παραγγείλαμε ένα καρότσι στην ίδια τιμή με το skroutz!!!Μας ήρθε 10 μέρες νωρίτερα.Πηραμε και κάποια παρελκόμενα σε εξαιρετικές τιμές αναλογικά με την ποιότητα.Το Λητώ Ξάνθης θα γίνει το στέκι μας για τον μπέμπη μας!!Σας ευχαριστούμε!!!

Excellent professional !!!!! We ordered a stroller at the same price as skroutz !!! It came to us 10 days earlier. We also received some accessories at exceptional prices in proportion to the quality. Leto Xanthi will become our hangout for our baby !! Thank you !!!

Αγόρασα μια εξωτερική κούνια πριν 3 μήνες και έσπασε με την χρήση δυο εβδομάδων αντέχει λέει 100 κιλά και έσπασε με ένα βρέφος 8 κιλά ?Καμία εγγύηση ντροπή ??!!
The worst there is in the market !!!
I bought an outdoor crib 3 months ago and it broke with the use of two weeks it can withstand says 100 kg and it broke with an infant 8 kg αNo guarantee of shame ?? !!
