Αναφέρομαι στην περίπτωση που αγόρασα ένα βιβλίο για τα αρχαία το μεσημέρι της 10 Μαρτίου όπου την ίδια μέρα το υπουργείο παιδείας έβγαλε ανακοίνωση ότι όλες οι Εκπαιδευτικές δομές της χώρας θα κλείσουν για δυο εβδομάδες. Σκέψη εκείνης της ώρας ήταν να το επιστρέψω ακριβώς την επόμενη μέρα αλλά δεν πήρε πολύ να καταλάβω ότι τα πράματα με τον κορονοϊού χειροτερεύουν και λόγο στο ότι ζω και βοηθώ άτομα που ανήκουν σε ευάλωτες ομάδες έμεινα στο σπίτι μου . Δυο εβδομάδες μετά το τέλος της καραντίνας και της απαγόρευσης κυκλοφορίας ήρθα να το αλλάξω στο κατάστημα που ειναι στο κέντρο όταν η κ.Λ... με είδε και άκουσε το τι ήθελα έγινε ο πραγματικός της εαυτός άρχισε να φωνάζει και να επαναλαμβάνει το ίδιο πράγμα ότι έπρεπε να ερχόμουν ποιο πριν ότι ο εκδοτικός οίκος δεν τα δέχεται Γενικός ασυναρτησίες.Οταν τις είπα τα παρά πάνω είπε καλή συνέχεια και πήγε στον επόμενο πελάτη.Στην συνέχεια τηλεφώνησα στον εκδοτικό οίκο και με είπε να το πάω την επόμενη στο κατάστημα και θα μου το άλλαζαν όταν πήγα συνάντησα μια κατάσταση παρόμοια με την χθεσινή. Μετά πήγα στο κατάστημα που έχουν Επί της οδού Φιλίππου και σαν συνεννοημένοι που ήταν δεν κατάφερα να βγάλω άκρη και το άφησα το θέμα εκεί. Περίπου στις 16/8/2020 όπως ήμουν στους χάρτες με έβγαλε να κάνω αξιολόγηση σε κάποια τοπικά καταστήματα όταν είδα τον πάπυρο έκανα δύο αξιολόγησης του ενός αστεριού με λεζάντα κακή εξυπηρέτηση στην μια και στην άλλη ότι με κατά Αντιμίλησαν. Η απάντηση που πήρα ήταν ότι τους προσβάλω λέγοντας "την αλήθεια" από την πλευρά που την έζησα και ότι άμα ξανά γράψω σχολείο ειδικά με ψεύτικο λογαριασμό που αναφέρονται στον λογαριασμό που Χρησιμοποιώ για τις ακαδημαϊκές μου ανάγκες θα απευθυνθούν στην "ηλεκτρονική αστυνομία" που φαντάζομαι εννοούν Διεύθυνση δίωξης ηλεκτρονικού εγκλήματος. Ας απευθυνθούν για να βιβλίο που δεν κόπηκε απόδειξη .Αλλά εγώ δεν θυμάμαι να μεγάλωσα σε μία χώρα χωρίς ελευθερία του λόγου . Σας εύχομαι να αλλάξετε την λογική που σκέφτεστε πριν ειναι αργά !!! Το κατάστημα βρίσκεται σε ένα πολύ ωραίο νεοκλασικό κτίριο όμως δεν φαίνεται να συντηρείται στο βαθμό που θα έπρεπε καθώς σχεδόν ένα χρόνο υπάρχει πρόβλημα στην πρόσοψη που έχει σαν αποτέλεσμα να κλείσει μεγάλο μέρος του πεζοδρομίου καθως έχουν τοποθετηθεί προστατευτικα κιγκλιδώματα. The store is located in a very nice neoclassical building but does not seem to be conserved to the extent that it should as nearly a year there is a problem on the front which results to close much of the pedestrian installed protective railings.

Δεν έχει καμία διάθεση να εξυπηρετήσει όταν ακούει ότι πρόκειται για τις επιταγές, αρνήθηκε να μου κάνει το 10% έκπτωση που ορίζει το πρόγραμμα και μου έδινε ένα βιβλίο και ένα στυλό για να καλύψω το ποσό των 20 ευρώ. Μάλιστα όταν της είπα να ακυρώσει την επιταγή για να πάω σε άλλο κατάστημα μου είπε ότι αυτό δεν γίνεται και "πάει η επιταγή τώρα" ας πάρω ένα βιβλίο και ένα στυλό και να τελειώνουμε.
