A five star villa in terms of amenities and facilities. Modern, clean, quiet and pleasant staff. Air conditioning in every room. Beautiful pool area with stunning views.

Good location for a vacation in the West part of Pillion. Peaceful area, lovely grounds including a swimming pool. The villa has a convinient kitchen fully equiped. Convinient beds. The shower at the bottom floor is too small. This is the biggest downside of the villa. There are stairs to the upper bedrooms floor, not very safe for babies, elderly quests or hadicapt people. Eva the manager was very nice and very helpfull.

Beautiful place, quiet and family friendly ,if you want to go there with children. Great location, just 1 minute from the beach and very close to Volos. The pool side is amazing, and so is the food! Thumbs up for the spa services as well! Totally recommending Levandes for a city get away or for vacation!

Though the villa is nice I would describe as an apartment. Very small inside with the smallest shower room I've ever seen. The kitchen is basic with no eating knives so asked for some & was told they only had 1 but would try to get another in a few days. The place us ultra clean & our bed us made for us which is unusual for rentals. One thing I would say is I don't think it us suitable for young children or if you have a sight problem. The hall way has the stairs protruding & the basement stairs you could fall down easily when you come inside because of the change of light. The design is not great & for this I would not recommend for young families & people with sight problems.

Levantes is quite OK. the place is a bit small, bathrooms also quite small but it was fine. Eva the owner is very nice, we took the rooms with breakfast, and she stuffed the fridge with many things. All in all the experience was a positive one.

- we were 3 people and booked for 10 days - Overall opinion: Overpriced for location, amenities, services - Cleaning: below average (we had to put the same milk stained glass 3 times at the sink for the housekeeper to wash) - due to Covid, we paid extra for the breakfast option and even though we were informed that everything would be packaged and sealed, coffee was not. - when we asked for more filter coffee (the open pack had 2 portions in it) and some additional breakfast items, we got them. Once again the coffee was open with another 2 portions left. -the 3rd time we asked for coffee from the housekeeper, she informed us that she was told by the owner that she should not have brought anything and we should have rationalized better!! - the one day the housekeeper had a day off, noone came by, not even to check on our toilet paper supply, which she did not fill the previous day. - when the pool area was half full with people (due to Covid measures) we were advised to sit in another poolside area with chairs. However, while seated there, we were not "allowed" to go into the pool, not because of Covid but not to get the pool furniture wet!!! - one early afternoon around 3.00 the girl from the pool cafe came to the house to ask if we would use the pool (which would close at 8). She mentioned that the previous day noone came by so if we decided not to go she would close the whole area and leave. So we were asked to decide then and there, even though the pool was scheduled to be open until 8 in all signs and the website. All in all a really bad example of hospitality, which makes you wonder whether the people that run these places have ever been to any other facility in Greece or abroad.
