Μηδενική τεχνική υποστήριξη σε μια επιχείρηση 30 ετών πάνω στην αιχμή της τουριστικής περιόδου. Καλό θα ήταν βέβαια όταν κάποιος χρεώνει ένα τέτοιο ποσό για δύο εφαρμογές (396€ desktop εφαρμογή και 148,80€ για mobile εφαρμογή) να είναι ολοκληρωμένες. Και στη περίπτωση που δεν είναι να υπάρχει και η κατάλληλη υποστήριξη ή έστω ανταπόκριση σε τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία.
Total charge 544 € for two applications that never worked and sold them as completed. Zero technical support to a company of 30 years at the peak of the tourist season. Of course, it would be good when someone charges such an amount for two applications (396 € desktop application and 148.80 € for mobile application) to be complete. And in case there is not the appropriate support or even a response to telephone communication.
