★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τα προϊόντα είναι ποιοτικά. Παρόλα αυτά η εξυπηρέτηση είναι η χείριστη που έχω συναντήσει. Λόγω δικού μας λάθους στις διαστάσεις των σεντονιων ρωτήσαμε τηλεφωνικώς αν γίνεται αλλαγή αλλά όταν φτάσαμε στο κατάστημα αρνήθηκαν την αντικατάσταση με την δικαιολογία ότι δεν μπορούν να τα διπλώσουν ξανά και γι'αυτό δεν μπορούν να τα πουλήσουν. Επίσης στο κατάστημα δεν υπάρχει ειδική πινακίδα ή προφορική ενημέρωση σχετικά με την πολιτική αλλαγής των προϊόντων. Τέλος, εν μέσω κρίσης κορονοιου οι ιδιοκτητες-υπαλληλοι δεν φορούσαν μάσκα και για την απόδειξη έπρεπε να επιμείνουμε ιδιαίτερα. Δεν θα το συνιστούσα για αγορές, αποτελεί κλασσικό παράδειγμα προς αποφυγήν ελληνικής επιχείρησης. Αν υπήρχε αρνητική αξιολόγηση θα την έβαζα.
 The products are quality. Nevertheless the service is the operator I have encountered. Due to our mistake in the dimensions of the sheets we asked by phone if there is a change but when we arrived at the store they refused the replacement with the excuse that they can not fold them again and therefore they can not sell them. Also in the store there is no special sign or verbal information about the product change policy. Finally, in the midst of a coronary crisis, the owners-employees did not wear a mask and for the proof we had to be very persistent. I would not recommend it for shopping, it is a classic example to avoid a Greek company. If there was a negative evaluation I would put it.
