k	kostas xrysinas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το ξενοδοχείο εξωτερικά δείχνει εγκατελειμμένο με ρωγμές και αβαφο τα παντζουρια δεν σφράγιζαν υγρασία υπήρχε παντού Στα εξωτερικά φώτα από τα δωμάτια είχαν αφαιρέσει τις λάμπες και το βράδυ είχε σκοτάδι παντού το στρώμα ήταν πολύ σκληρό και το κρεβάτι πολύ μικρό με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορούμε να κοιμηθούμε. Πρωινό δεν υπήρχε παρόλο που είχε συμφωνηθεί να υπάρχει και ήταν στην τιμή η πισίνα ήταν βρώμικη τα καζανάκια έτρεχαν όλη την ώρα οι τοίχοι είχαν ξεφλουδίσει. Είναι ότι χειρότερο έχω δει και είναι η ντροπή του νησιού. Κρίμα. Οι φωτογραφίες δεν έχουν καμία με την πραγματική κατάσταση του ξενοδοχείου The hotel exterior shows crumbling and unpainted the shutters did not seal the moisture there was everywhere. The exterior lights from the rooms had removed the lamps and at night it was dark all over the mattress and the bed was too small so we could not sleep. There was no breakfast although it was agreed to be there and at the price the pool was dirty the bins were running all the time the walls were peeling. It's the worst I've seen and it's the shame of the island. Pity. The photos have nothing with the actual situation of the hotel
N	Nikolaou Emmanouil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ευγενικό προσωπικό και καθαρές εγκαταστάσεις. Όχι πολύ λειτουργικό δωμάτιο, (μπάνιο χωρίς παράθυρο ή εξαερισμό) αλλά άνετο. Σχετικά μακριά από τα λιμάνια (20 λεπτά με τα πόδια) που είναι αρνητικό όταν επιστρέφεις με ανηφόρα από μπάνιο ή φαγητό, θετικό όμως λόγω απόστασης από τον θόρυβο του κέντρου. Συστήνεται για οικογένειες.... Polite staff and clean facilities. Not very functional room (bathroom without window or ventilation) but comfortable. Relatively far from the ports (20 minutes walk) which is negative when you return uphill from swimming or eating, but positive due to distance from the noise of the center. Recommended for families ....
M	Mike tsitso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μετα την παραμονή μας στο συγκεκριμένο συγκρότημα η απογοήτευση ήταν στο μέγιστο βαθμό , το δωμάτιο που μείναμε όχι 120€ δεν άξιζε την βραδιά αλλά και 20€ πάλι ίσως ήταν πολλά ,απλά εκμεταλλεύονται ότι βρίσκονται στις Σπέτσες και νομίζουν ότι κάποιοι είναι !!! Το δωμάτιο ήταν σε πλήρη εγκατάλειψη με ρωγμές στους τοίχους παλιά έπιπλα στο χώρο το κλιματιστικό δεν είχε συντηρηθεί με αποτέλεσμα να βγάζει σκόνη και το πιο βασικό από όλα ότι ήταν ΒΡΟΜΙΚΟ το δωμάτιο βρίσκαμε τρίχες στα σεντόνια στα έπιπλα και υπήρχαν στους τοίχους σκοτωμένα κουνούπια πράγμα ΤΡΑΓΙΚΟ στις μέρες μας ενόψει και COVID. Απλά βασικά πράγματα στις μέρες μας αντί να κερδίζουν πελάτες τους χάνουν Ελληναράδες ότι αρπάξουμε και στα ….!!! After our stay in this complex the disappointment was to the maximum degree, the room we stayed not 120 € was not worth the night but also 20 € maybe it was a lot, they just take advantage of being in Spetses and think that some are !!! The room was completely abandoned with cracks in the walls old furniture in the room the air conditioner was not maintained resulting in dust and most importantly it was DIRTY the room we found hairs on the sheets in the furniture and there were mosquitoes killed on the walls TRAGIC thing in our days in view of COVID. Simple basic things nowadays, instead of gaining customers, Greeks lose that we grab in !!!. !!!

Τα σεντόνια δεν τα άλλαζαν κάθε μέρα !!! Το δωμάτιο δεν ήταν πολύ καθαρό! Σίγουρα δεν θα ξαναπήγαινα ούτε θα το πρότεινα σε κάποιον!! Και τέλος τα παράθυρα δεν έχουν παντζούρια οποτε δεν μπορούσες να κοιμηθείς! The hotel did not meet our expectations !!! The bathroom had no window and was flooded with whatever you did !!! The sheets were not changed every day !!! The room was not very clean! I would definitely not go again nor would I recommend it to anyone !! And finally the windows have no shutters so you could not sleep!

Η απόσταση του ξενοδοχείου με τα πόδια από το παλιό λιμάνι βατή . Η πιο κοντινή παραλία της Αγίας Μαρίνας είναι από τις καλύτερες επιλογές σας . Εκεί θα βρείτε το Paradise , ένα μοναδικό μπαρ/εστιατόρια πάνω στη θάλασσα . Τα δωμάτια του ξενοδοχείου πεντακάθαρα , ευρύχωρα , και δροσερά ! An excellent hotel complex in Spetses. From the first moment, Panagiotis wins you over with the innate kindness that distinguishes him and the service at high levels. They have a van that serves for transportation to and from the port. The distance of the hotel on foot from the old port is passable. The nearest beach of Agia Marina is one of your best choices. There you will find Paradise, a unique bar / restaurant by the sea. The hotel rooms are spotless, spacious, and cool!
A	ANTIG CHRIS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το ξενοδοχείο είναι σε στάδιο ανανέωσης. Ήταν όλα πεντακάθαρα! Το προσωπικο ήταν παρα πολυ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικο! Είναι 20 λεπτά με τα ποδια από το λιμάνι αλλά οι άνθρωποι στο πηγαινε και στο ελα μας μετέφεραν με το αμάξι τους. Τέλεια θέα, ησυχία και ιδανικό για οικογένεια. Έχει ελλείψεις αλλά οι άνθρωποι προσπαθουν. The hotel is under renovation. It was all spotless! The staff was very kind and helpful! It is 20 minutes on foot from the port but people were going there and on the way they took us in their car. Perfect view, quiet and ideal for family. It has shortcomings but people try.

When we asked for a solution due to the heatwave for the second room, they brought us a tiny winter heater which had a fan that all it did is make lots of noise. Needs serious renovation. Doors extremely old, front door didn’t even close without locking it. No window or fan in bathroom. Didn’t change our sheets. The kitchen was old and poorly equipped. The location is nice and quiet. The service fake by the owner and did the least necessary for us(don’t expect any during midday siesta). The wife was very kind and pleasant.
