Ο φούρνος έχει τα πάντα συν ευγενικό και γελαστό προσωπικό! Οπότε αρχικά θα σου φτιάξει και η διάθεση λέγοντας και καμιά κουβέντα! Τώρα δεν δοκιμάσαμε ψωμί ή γλυκά παρά μόνο κάτι σφολιατοειδή. Μια πίτσα και μια σπανακόπιτα. Αφενός να πώ ότι όσον αφορά την ποιότητα, την ποσότητα και σε συνδυασμό με την τιμή βάζω ένα απλό 10 στα 5! Δηλαδή ΟΚ, δεν έχω και κάτι άλλο να πώ. Α Ψ Ο Γ Α και μπράβο σας. Συγκεκριμένα για την πίτσα: Μήπως έπρεπε να είστε πιτσαρία?!? Δεν έχω λόγια: Το ζυμάρι αφράτο, ψημένο όπως πρέπει, να γλυκίζει και ελαφρά. Γέμιση/υλικά γευστικότατα και η πίτσα 'γεμάτη', δηλαδή δεν έπεσαν τα υλικά με το σταγονόμετρο όπως θα παρατηρήσει κανείς σε κανονικές πιτσαρίες. Ένα μεγάλο μπράβο από μένα και δύο πράγματα: 1. Μετανιώνω που δεν πήρα και τα υπόλοιπα κομμάτια πίτσας να φάμε τις επόμενες ημέρες! 2. Όταν ξαναβρεθώ στον τόπο σας, το πρώτο πράγμα που θα κάνω, είναι να έρθω για μια σφολιάτα στο φούρνο σας.
