Η δουλειά που έκαναν ήταν καλή και μου είπαν ότι έχω 5 χρόνια εγγύηση! Μετά απο 3 χρόνια, ξεφλουδίζι η επιφάνεια και τους πήρα τηλέφωνο και μου είπαν οτι δεν ισχύει η εγγήυση και έχουν σβηστεί οι παλιοι πελάτες!!!! Παλιός πελάτης μετά απο 3 χρόνια;;;; Απίστευτό!!! Μη πάτε σε αυτή την εταιρία!!! Δεν κρατάνε το λόγο τους. We enameled in our cast iron bathtub and shouted LIBEKAT through my sister's recommendation. Ήρθαν έπαιξαν με τις νερομπογιές τους γέμιζαν τα έπιπλα σκόνες οι οποίες δεν βγαίνουν ούτε με κλίβανο κ αυτό ήταν όλο. τσεποσαν καλά καλά τα 200 ευροπουλακια κ μην τον είδατε τον Παναγή....μετά από μια βδομάδα όλη μπανιέρα μόνο μπανιέρα δεν είναι έχει ξεφλουδίσει σε αρκετά σημεία... Τους πήρα τηλέφωνο να έρθουν να δουν την ζημιά στα πλαίσια της εγγύησης κ με έχουν από αύριο σε μεθαύριο Απαράδεκτοι μακριά απ αυτός τα λεφτά σας θα κλαίτε Guys, people are swindlers !!! ALBANIANS! Μόλις τελείωσαν την πρώτη εργασία ζήτησαν να πληρωθούν και τις επόμενες ημέρες θα έρχονταν να τελειώσουν και την επόμενη εργασία. Φυσικά ΠΗΡΑΝ ΤΑ ΧΡΗΜΑΤΑ ΚΑΙ ΔΕΝ ΗΡΘΑΝ ΠΟΤΕ. Αυτό ήταν δικό μας λάθος. Σε τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία μας είπαν ότι δεν τους συμφέρει να κάνουν την εργασία στην τιμή που έδωσαν και ζήτησαν άλλα τόσα. Ένα μήνα αργότερα η πρώτη εργασία (επισμάλτωση) παρουσίασε ξέφτισμα σε διάφορα σημεία. Μας ζήτησαν φωτογραφίες και αποδέχτηκαν ότι η αποκατάσταση πρέπει να γίνει στο πλαίσιο της εγγύησης. Κάθε φορά στο τηλέφωνο μας έλεγαν ότι θα έρθει ο τεχνίτης την επόμενη εβδομάδα. 3 μήνες αργότερα όχι μόνο δεν είχε έρθει ο τεχνίτης αλλά επιπλέον δεν αναγνώριζαν το σφάλμα τους και μας χλεύαζαν. Αν θέλετε τη συμβουλή μου βρείτε άλλον γιατί το φτηνό κρέας το τρώνε οι σκύλοι... Unacceptable, They gave us an excellent offer for two bath jobs.
