It was average, the service was not so good, delays on requested things, the beach and sunbeds were nice but the overall service and the mood of the beach was not so uplifting. It reminds me of beach bars in Mykonos without the vibe. The best thing we had was the burger which was very good. Would not visit again. Regarding the prices I cannot say anything as I do not have a relevant experience from other places around here, though it seemed OK.

One of the best Hotels I have ever been in Greece. It looks exactly like in the pictures on the website and even better. The hotel staff is so kind and accommodating. The rooms are VERY clean!! The breakfast has so much to offer e.g. musli, fresh fruits, different varieties of bread, (greek) sweets, pancakes, nuts and so on. The hotel complex is so beautiful and new, it represents the modern greek architecture perfectly! I can definetly recommend this hotel !

Great location, however, cost me a small fortune in taxis every day getting too and from Parga harbour. I have read there is a complimentary bus but wasn't running. Not too sure we wasn't allowed to use the first 2 rows of sunbeds without any explanation other then our room number.,which is insulting as I paid a lot of money for a suite. Definitely not a place if you have walking disabilities. The female waiting staff were very nice, however the males were generally miserable, maybe it was just a thing towards people from great Britain.

Fantastic beach, service, very clean incredibly kids friendly!

We spent 5 days there in August 2021. In general it was very good experience! Clean and spacious rooms. Excellent view from almost all of them. The hotel has a playground and even staff for entertaining the kids. So it is really family friendly in that respect. Breakfast at the hotel was excellent. The only improvement point I would recommend is the bar/restaurant. The personnel was inexperienced and the food was not according to what one expects from a 5-star hotel. It seemed to me that the bar-restaurant staff started working there only that day. They had no clue about their job. Missing or wrong orders etc. Other that that, I would recommend this hotel, mostly to families. Needles to mention that the beach and the sea are of the most beautiful in the area.

Magnificent location with luxurious hotel facilities and amenities. A beachfront small paradise with crystal waters at West Greek mainland some 4 hrs driving from Athens. Excellent service offered by well trained and friendly personnel including but not limited to in-house Restaurant and beach bar quality service. Great breakfast and gourmet dishes for launch and dinner. Spent 10 days in June 2021 with my wife and our 9 months old baby..surely our best holidays ever. We will be definitely visiting again this lovely resort soon!

Me and my boyfriend booked this very last minute and we were so pleased that we did! From the moment we stepped out the taxi we were welcomed into the reception by the kindest staff! Our luggage was taken away by a golf cart straight away and arrived at our room straight away also. We entered our room to find the sweetest complimentary gifts. The infinity pool was next to our room and we was welcomed by the life guard who was lovely to speak to throughout our stay. The food was delicious and plenty to pick from. Was fun trying tradition Greek food in the buffet also. The restaurant and bar was stunning with amazing views. We went in early May so was very quiet which we loved was more private and the beach was never too busy! On our first night we shared a bottle of Prosecco on the sun loungers in front of the sea. There’s a assistance button on the umbrella whenever you want to order food or drinks! The hotel reception will book you a taxi into the beautiful Parga which is only a 5 minute drive. Parga has so much to do like boat trips,nightlife,restaurants,shopping. I honestly can not say one bad thing about this hotel,we will definitely be returning!

Great location and amazing service! The rooms are thoroughly cleaned daily and are equipped with everything you need, the a/c also works extremely well. There is a view of the sea from each room and the hotel area itself is beautiful also. The pool is a bit small, but not an issue for us. The beach is amazing with the included sunbeds! Only problem we have with this hotel is the music played at the beach bar can be fairly loud from time to time. It would be nice to just enjoy the sound of the ocean without hearing a hard bass or music playing. This was only from time to time and we understand it is just something with the bar and sunbeds close to each other. The food at the half inclusive buffet is good, 7,5/10. A large selection, but the warm foods for dinner are good, but nothing special. Overall we would highly recommend getting the half inclusive package! We are just picky sometimes and the food is good, fresh and delicious. The other issue is the price of drinks, which is understandable with the location and level/age of majority of the clients. +8€ for a glass of wine and 6€ for a beer is too expensive for Greece in our mind, but he location and service totally compensates for that. Overall I'd say this place is a small paradise and the best hotel and beach we have visited.
