★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαραδεκτη στο ταμείο πιανει τα κρουασαν να τα μετρήσει με τα γαντια που πιανει τα λεφτα..φυσικα τα αφησα κ δεν θα ξαναπατησω χανουν ενα πελατει που αφηνει πολλα λεφτα καθε μηνα.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αναρχία στο χώρο του parking, οι πελάτες παρκάρουν όπου τούς βολεύει. Αποτέλεσμα, παρκάρισμα στους χώρους στάθμευσης γιά τούς ΑΜΕΑ, αλλά και έξω από την έξοδο του καταστήματος με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορούν να κινηθούν οι υπόλοιποι πελάτες με τα καροτσάκια

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 19/3 στις 12.10 ταμειας του νο.4 ταμείου άργησε να έρθει στο ταμείο της 7 ολόκληρα λεπτά από την ώρα που την κάλεσε το ταμείο 2 επειδή υπήρχαν πολλοί πελάτες. Θέλαμε σαφώς όλοι να εξυπηρετηθούν άμεσα πόσο μάλλον τα καροτσια που περίμεναν αρκετά λεπτά πίσω από εμένα. Όταν επιτέλους άνοιξε το ταμείο και οι πελάτες είχαν κάνει ουρα μέχρι μέσα στους διαδρόμους κάποιος πελάτης φωνάζει από το βάθος αν θα ανοίξει άλλο ταμείο. Καμία ταμειας δεν του απάντησε όμως η ταμειας στης οποίας βρισκόμουν μπροστά είπε να καλέσουν το ταμείο 3 να ανοίξει....ο πελάτης που βρισκόταν πολύ πίσω ξαναρωτήσε εφόσων δεν πήρε απάντηση και τότε η ίδια κυρία μιλάει πάλι στην ενδοεπικοινωνια και ζητάει να μην έρθει κανείς και να τον αφήσουν να φωνάζει. Εγώ όμως και ο κυρίως που ειμασταν εκείνη την ώρα μπροστά την ακούσαμε και ρωτοντας την γιατί το κάνει αυτό μας έβγαλε τρελλούς....φυσικά παράτησα τα ψώνια και το καλάθι μου εκεί πάνω και έφυγα. Λυπάμαι πολύ και εύχομαι τέτοιοι άνθρωποι να μην είναι στις θέσεις να εξυπηρετούν πελάτες . Αγενής και η κυρία στο ταμείο για πολλοστή φορά ? μην με ξαναείδαμε λιντλ
19/3 at 12.10 cashier of no.4 fund was late to come to her cashier 7 whole minutes from the time she called cashier 2 because there were many customers. We clearly wanted everyone to be served immediately, let alone the carts that waited several minutes behind me. When the cash register finally opened and the customers were queuing up in the corridors, a customer was shouting from the bottom if another cash register would be opened. No cashier answered but the cashier in which I was in front said to call the cash register 3 to open .... the customer who was far behind asked again if he did not get an answer and then the same lady speaks again in the intercom and asks no one to come and let him shout. But me and the main one who was in front at that time listened to her and asking her why she was doing this drove us crazy .... of course I left my shopping and my cart up there and left. I am very sorry and I wish such people are not in a position to serve customers. Agenis and the lady at the box office for the umpteenth time ? we have never seen a lindl
