των πελατών τους . Διαπίστωσα ότι οι πελάτες αντί να προμηθευτούν δέκα προϊόντα , προμηθεύονται μόνο δύο . Τα πρόστιμα είναι η ελάχιστη τιμωρία , η αποχή πελατών είναι η μεγαλύτερη τιμωρία .Θα τα βρούν μπροστά τους .
