During covid they are enforcing hand and face coverings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I shop there because of a store brand cereal we like that you can't get elsewhere, their frankfurters, and when they have real butter on sale it's a good deal.
Now for the unpleasant side. Their return policy and procedures are joke. Instead of having a separate desk for information, processing returns, and rendering assistance you have to stand in line at the cashier and then when it's your turn you hold up the customers waiting to check out causing them to be irate for the hold up. Once I stood in line for 10 minutes to check out, made my purchases and then when I got outside I realized that I was charged the regular price instead of the sale price. I received conflicting instructions from the sales manager on how to get a correction and my money
refunded only to be told by the cashier that I had to get to the back of the line and wait my turn again when the manager told me to go directly to the front of the line and the cashier would assist me. Most of the help are rude. I was so frustrated that I left without getting any results. That may be management's plan, keep
the customer going around in circles till they get so frustrated they quit and leave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cool to be in a supermarket thats the same as home! Friendly staff, clean shop, everything was fine! The fifth star isn’t there because I didn’t found the shop really warm/ not exiting to go to.

Don't get addicted to their product range though: I used to buy some broth cubes of their own product range, they were excellent, I was looking for them for almost 20 mins, then I asked just to learn that they stopped producing them. They couldn't produce a mix of herbs,spices and salt any more??? Ok, can I have the recipe?
