Η ανευθυνότητα σε όλο της το μεγαλείο. Τους ρώτησα για κάποια σκουλαρίκια τα οποία όπως αναφέρεται αποτελούνται από ημιπολύτιμους λίθους, όταν τους ρώτησα αν συνοδεύονται από κάποιο χαρτί που να επιβεβαιώνει την αυθεντικοτητα των λίθων, μου απάντησαν πως δεν συνοδεύονται απο κανένα χαρτί. Και όταν τους ξαναρώτησα σαν εταιρία πως δικαιολογούν την τιμή των 170 ευρώ για ένα ζευγάρι σκουλαρίκια όπου δεν επιβεβαιώνεται η αυθεντικότητα τους δεν μπήκαν στη διαδικασία να μου απαντήσουν. I asked them about some earrings which as mentioned are made of semi-precious stones, when I asked them if they are accompanied by some paper that confirms the authenticity of the stones, they answered that they are not accompanied by any paper. And when I asked them again as a company how they justify the price of 170 euros for a pair of earrings where their authenticity is not confirmed, they did not enter the process to answer me.

Και στις τρεις λαμπάδες αναφερόταν ότι γίνεται ΑΜΕΣΗ ΠΑΡΑΔΟΣΗ σε 1 με 3 ημέρες. •Οι μέρες περνούσαν και δεν είχα καμία ενημέρωση για την κατασταση της παραγγελίας μου. Τελικά, στις 28 Μαρτίου έλαβα ένα email με τον αριθμό αποστολής της παραγγελίας. •Οι μέρες συνέχιζαν να περνούν και δέμα δεν ελάμβανα. Αντιθέτως, στην ιστοσελίδα παρακολούθησης της πορείας αποστολής του δέματος , αυτό φαινόταν να έχει "κολλήσει" στην Αθήνα. Πήρα ένα τηλέφωνο την εταιρεία courier στη 1 Απριλίου και με ενημέρωσαν ότι ο αριθμός αυτός αποστολής είχε ακυρωθεί (!?!?), ΧΩΡΙΣ ΝΑ ΕΧΩ ΕΝΗΜΕΡΩΘΕΙ ΓΙΑΤΙ. Στα τηλέφωνα της lifelikes ΔΕΝ ΑΠΑΝΤΟΥΣΕ ΚΑΝΕΙΣ. •Καθώς, λόγω της εργασίας μου θα έπρεπε να παραδώσω τις λαμπάδες στις βαφτιστήρες μου στις 2 Απριλίου, αναγκάστηκα να αγοράσω από φυσικό κατάστημα άλλες λαμπάδες. •Σήμερα, αφού απάντησαν επιτέλους από τη lifelikes, με ενημέρωσαν ότι η αποστολή καθυστέρησε γιατί οι λαμπάδες δεν υπήρχαν στο κατάστημα όταν πραγματοποίησα την παραγγελία (ΔΕΝ ΑΝΑΦΕΡΟΤΑΝ ΤΙΠΟΤΑ ΣΧΕΤΙΚΟ ΣΤΗΝ ΙΣΤΟΣΕΛΙΔΑ), ότι είχε ακυρωθεί η παραγγελία (ΔΕΝ ΕΙΧΑ ΚΑΜΙΑ ΤΕΤΟΙΑ ΕΝΗΜΕΡΩΣΗ ΑΠΟ ΤΗ Lifelikes), ότι είχε εκδοθεί νέος αριθμός αποστολής (ΕΠΙΣΗΣ ΔΕΝ ΕΙΧΑ ΕΝΗΜΕΡΩΘΕΙ ΓΙΑ ΑΥΤΟ) και ότι η αποστολή των λαμπάδων θα ξεκινούσε σήμερα , 4 Απριλίου, 11 ημέρες μετά την αρχική παραγγελία. Φυσικά απαίτησα να ακυρωθεί η παραγγελία και να λάβω τα χρήματα μου πίσω (λογικά με τους ρυθμούς τους, θα τα δω σε κανένα εξάμηνο, αν τα δω και ποτε...) 1 αστεράκι λοιπόν, γιατί δεν μπορώ να βάλω -5!! Ζούμε σε μια ανταγωνιστική εποχή, υπάρχουν ΑΠΕΙΡΕΣ ΕΠΙΛΟΓΕΣ και η κάθε εταιρία ΟΦΕΙΛΕΙ να σέβεται τους πελάτες της και να είναι ειλικρινής απέναντί τους. Προφανώς και δεν πρόκειται να αγοράσω ΤΙΠΟΤΑ και ΠΟΤΕ από τη συγκεκριμένη εταιρεία και θα αποθαρύνω οποιονδήποτε θελήσει να πάρει έστω και το πιο μικρό βραχιολάκι από αυτούς. Είστε αφερέγγυοι και αναξιόπιστοι. Ντροπή σας. I got a call from the courier company on April 1st and they informed me that this shipment number had been canceled (!?!?), WITHOUT BEING INFORMED WHY. NOBODY ANSWERED at lifelikes phones. • Because of my job I had to deliver the candles to my christenings on April 2, I had to buy other candles from a physical store. • Today, after they finally responded from lifelikes, they informed me that the shipment was delayed because the candles were not in the store when I placed the order (NOTHING RELATED TO THE WEBSITE), that the order had been canceled. ), that a new shipment number had been issued (ALSO I WAS NOT INFORMED ABOUT IT) and that the shipment of the candles would start today, April 4, 11 days after the initial order. Of course I demanded that the order be canceled and that I get my money back (logically at their rate, I will see them in no time, if I see them and when ...) So 1 star, because I can not put -5 !! We live in a competitive era, there are INFINITE OPTIONS and every company MUST respect its customers and be honest with them. Obviously I will NOT buy ANYTHING and NEVER from this company and I will discourage anyone who wants to get even the smallest bracelet from them. You are insolvent and unreliable. Same on you.
