R	Review World on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ωραίος και καθαρός χώρος. Μάθημα με ραντεβού με έμπειρο προσωπικό. Τα όργανα είναι καινούργια και καλής ποιότητας. Nice and clean space. Lesson by appointment with experienced staff. The instruments are new and of good quality.

Οι προπόνες είναι δυνατές (θα φύγεις γονατιστός), το κλίμα παρεΐστικο (έχει και στόχο με βελάκια!!!) και ο προπονητής κάτι μεταξύ σε Αρκουδάκι της Αγάπης και Punisher! Μόνο Lift Academy, δεν πάμε αλλού που να μας πληρώνουν :P The bar of Conan the Barbarian! The place where the Hulk came to enter the volume before the Endgame! The trainings are strong (you will leave on your knees), the atmosphere is casual (it also has a target with darts !!!) and the coach is something between a Teddy Bear of Love and a Punisher! Only Lift Academy, we do not go anywhere else to be paid: P

Επίσης, δίνει ιδιαίτερη προσοχή στον κάθε αθλούμενο στο γυμναστήριο, διαμορφώνοντας τα προγράμματα και τις ασκήσεις ανάλογα με το τι χρειάζεται ο καθένας. Τέλος, ο χώρος είναι πολύ όμορφος με ότι μπορείς να χρειαστείς για μια ολοκληρωμένη προπόνηση. Panagiotis is an excellent professional with knowledge of the subject that exudes confidence and security, especially if there is a musculoskeletal problem. It also pays special attention to each athlete in the gym, shaping the programs and exercises according to what everyone needs. Finally, the space is very beautiful with everything you may need for a complete workout.
