★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Οτι χειροτερο!!μια βδομαδα μετα τη μηνιαία συντήρηση του ανελκυστήρα ενας ένοικος κλείστηκε στο ασανσέρ και το συγκεκριμένο γραφείο μας ειπε οτι πρεπει να αλλαχτεί ολόκληρη η κατασκευή..οτι μια βδομαδα πριν ηταν μια χαρα και ξαφνικά ζητάνε 5.000€ μεσα σε διάστημα ενός μηνα..φυσικα τα χρήματα ηταν αδύνατο να μαζευτούν τοσο άμεσα και εχουμε μεινει τοσες οικογένειες χωρις ανελκυστήρα..το πιο τραγικό βεβαια ειναι οτι εκανε το ιδιο ακριβως πραγμα και σε αλλη πολυκατοικία της γειτονιάς..
 Worse !! a week after the monthly maintenance of the elevator a tenant was locked in the elevator and the specific office told us that the whole construction had to be changed..that a week ago it was fine and suddenly they ask for € 5,000 within a month. .of course the money was impossible to raise so immediately and we have left so many families without a lift..the most tragic of course is that he did exactly the same thing in another apartment building in the neighborhood ..
