Το να απαντάτε σε έναν πελάτη που έχει τηλεφωνήσει ήδη δυο φορές για μια παραγγελία, η οποία με δίκη σας υπαιτιότητα δεν έχει παραδωθεί εγκαίρως, ότι δεν είστε οι μόνοι που παραγγείλατε και ακυρώστε την δυστυχώς δεν είναι αποδεκτό. I would advise you to be more polite on the phone and most importantly more consistent in the services you offer because we were your regular customers, a sign that you are offering something well, but with such unacceptable behaviors and inconsistencies which resulted in us never receiving the order we made, is definitely a reason not to prefer you again. Answering a customer who has already called twice for an order, which through your own fault has not been delivered on time, that you are not the only one who ordered and cancel it is unfortunately not acceptable.

P	Panos Gvrls on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τραγικοι απλα, παραγγελια απο τις 10 την φεραν στις 12 αλλαγμενη γτ «τελειωσε ο γυρος». Τους πηρα στις 11:20 και στο τηλεφωνο μου ειπαν οτι σε 5 θα ειναι εκει χωρις να ενημερωσουν οτι δεν θα στειλουν γυρο τελικα(κουτοπονηροι) και ηρθε σε 35. Στις 11:55.την εστειλα πισω προφανως.Καλυτερα να παρετε αμεσως και να πειτε οτι δεν μπορειτε να εξηπηρετησετε. Tragic simply, orders from 10 brought her to 12 changed because "the round is over". Το φαγητό ήρθε σε 15' νωρίτερα από τον χρόνο παράδοσης , ζεστό και εξαιρετικής ποιότητος. Θα ήθελα να αναφερθώ στο ότι δεν μυρίζει το λάδι στο φαγητό ,κάτι που το έχω αντιμετωπίσει πολλάκις στο παρελθόν, σε άλλα μαγαζιά. Οι τιμές ρεαλιστικές για την εποχή,οι διανομείς ευγενικοί . Το μόνο μαγαζί της περιοχής που ,κατά την άποψή μου ,αξίζει ! Excellent store I am writing this review after my second order, via efood. The food came 15 'earlier than the delivery time, hot and of excellent quality. I would like to mention that the oil does not smell in the food, something I have encountered many times in the past, in other stores. The prices are realistic for the season, the distributors are polite. The only shop in the area that, in my opinion, is worth it!
