Η αντικατάσταση έγινε με απόλυτη προθυμία και πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση και κατανόηση, πολύ εύκολα και γρήγορα με ένα απλό email. Επίσης ένα ακόμη θετικό είναι πως απαντούν πολύ άμεσα σε emails και υπάρχει καλή επικοινωνία! Το νέο προϊόν με το οποίο αντικαταστάθηκε το ελαττωματικό είναι ΕΞΕΡΕΤΙΚΟ! There was a problem with a product I ordered and it was defective. The replacement was done with absolute willingness and very good service and understanding, very easily and quickly with a simple email. Also another positive is that they respond very immediately to emails and there is good communication! The new product that replaced the defective one is EXCELLENT!
