★ ★ ★ ★ ★ King Lycomides Apartments is located right on the port, in Linaria, which in my opinion is the best place to stay at in Skyros. A very nice port and the few in the world with a Blue Flag, cared for and with everything you need. The rooms themselves are very clean, cared for and with great views, and the hostess, Soula, is very courteous.
Highly recommend staying here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place to stay in the harbour of Skyros. Rooms with great view. Many restaurants nearby, the owner can help you with all your needs. The most easy way to get to this hotel is via the ferry. Airport is 20 minutes drive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: A charming place and central, to discover the island - Lovely, quiet and confortable rooms - sunny terrasse from where you can observe the life of the small quiet harbour -good quality/price - restaurants, shops and scooter rental at 50m, just beside the ferry arrival - 10min walking from georgeous beach - welcoming staff. Negative: -breakfast was not proposed. But maybe only in low season.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place was in the heart of the very beautiful port of Skyros. Amazing view for relaxing afternoons in the balcony. Everything was really clean and tidy. Soula, the owner was very helpful with everything, listen her suggestions she knows her homework. We stayed in the suite and now i can’t enjoy sleeping in my own bed at home. Will visit again soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: I would highly recommend staying at Lykomides Rooms. Soula is a charming host. She will immediately make you feel at home and will help with practical arrangements such as car hire and taxi transfers. The rooms are immaculately clean and have everything you need. The hotel is within a few steps of a range of good restaurants, the port is relaxed and peaceful place to stay. There is a pleasant sandy beach within 1km and you can swim at the bar on the opposite side of the harbour. The water is superbly clear. There is a dive centre nearby, again I would recommend them. Hiring a car is worthwhile as the island is beautiful and the roads are virtually empty. There is plenty to do in the area to make lykomides rooms your base. Thank you Soula for a lovely stay..
