S	S A (SA1982) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είχαμε ραντεβού 5:45 και ήμασταν στην ώρα μας. Η γραμματέας μας είπε να περιμενουμε εξω. Μεσα στο σαλονι ήταν δύο κυρίες οι οποίες ήταν μαζι. Περιμεναμε έξω από το ιατρειο μέχρι τις 6:30, καθισμένοι στα σκαλιά της πολυκατοικίας με εγκυμοσύνη 4 μηνων.Καλα που είχαμε περιοδικά να κάτσουμε πανω γιατί είχε κρυο. Μετα από τρία τέταρτα μας φώναξαν μεσα. Η πρώτη εντύπωση ήταν ότι προκειτο για σοβαρό γιατρειο, αλλά μετά περιμέναμε αλλά 30 λεπτά αναμονή μέχρι τις 7.. Εκεί κάπου ρωτήσαμε αν γνωρίζουν περίπου πότε θα μας δει η γιατρος γιατί είχε περάσει μιάμιση ώρα και είχαμε αφήσει το άλλο μας παιδι σε κάποιους γειτονες και θα επρεπε να υπολογίσουμε κάπως το χρονο. Σε λιγο θα τελειώσει μας είπαν. Μετα από δέκα λεπτά τους είπαμε ότι δεν μπορούμε να περιμένουμε άλλο και φύγαμε. Μετά που πήραμε τηλεφωνο και ζητησαμε να μιλήσουμε στη γιατρο μήπως και βρούμε άκρη η γραμματέας μας ειπε ότι ευθυνομαστε εμείς που φυγαμε και ότι έπρεπε να είχαμε πάρει τηλέφωνο πριν πάμε για τυχόν καθυστερήσεις, κάτι που υποστήριζαν ότι μας το είχαν πει πριν το ραντεβού ενώ δεν μας είχαν πει τίποτα τετοιο, και ότι δεν είναι δυνατόν να παίρνουν τον κάθε πελάτη οι ίδιοι να τον ενημερώσουν!!! Με 2 πελάτες μόνο στο γιατρειο!!! Σε τρίτο κοσμική χώρα ζούμε, κανένα σεβασμό προς τους πελάτες και ειδικά προς μια γυναίκα έγκυο. Μπράβο!!! Οι καθυστερήσεις είναι πολύ συχνές σε γιατρούς, αλλά τόσο πολύ.. εντυπωσιακό! Το λόγω covid-19 δεν αποτελεί δικαιολογία ή δικαίωμα να στήνετε τους πελάτες. Δεν είναι σωστο να μην υπολογίζονται οι πελάτες χωρίς κάποιο περιθώριο χρόνου συν πλυν για το ραντεβού τους το οποίο παρεπιπτόντως, πληρώνεται δεν είναι δωρεαν, ούτε πήγαμε στο ΙΚΑ να περιμένουμε με τόση χαρά. Αυτο είναι ψυχρό πολύ, και κανένα τηλέφωνο επικοινωνίας για να πείτε έστω και συγγνώμη για την ταλαιπωρία την συνολική. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ. Έτσι και αλλιώς δουλειά υπάρχει οπότε είναι και ασήμαντο το ραντεβού η κριτική μας και συμπεριφορά σας. We had an appointment at 5:45 and we were on time. The secretary told us to wait outside. Inside the living room were two ladies who were together. We waited outside the doctor's office until 6:30, sitting on the steps of the apartment building with a pregnancy of 4 months. It was good that we had to sit up periodically because it was cold. After three quarters they called us inside. The first impression was that this was a serious doctor, but then we waited but 30 minutes until 7 .. There we asked if they know about when the doctor will see us because an hour and a half had passed and we had left our other child to some neighbors and we should calculate the time somewhat. We were told it would end soon. After ten minutes we told them we could not wait any longer and left. After we got on the phone and asked to talk to the doctor if we could find a way out, the secretary told us that we who left were responsible and that we should have called before we left for any delays, something they claimed they had told us before the appointment but did not tell us. they had said nothing like that, and that it is not possible to get every customer to inform him themselves !!! With 2 clients only in the doctor's office !!! We live in a third world country, no respect for customers and especially for a pregnant woman. Well done!!! Delays are very common in doctors, but so much .. impressive! This covid-19 is not an excuse or a right to set up customers. It is not right not to count the customers without some time plus plus wash for their appointment which incidentally, is paid is not free, nor did we go to IKA to wait with so much joy. This is very cold, and no contact phone to say even sorry for the overall inconvenience. Thank you. There is work anyway so our appointment and your criticism and behavior are insignificant.
Μ	Μαρία Τσιριγγούλη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Γέννησα με καισαρική με τη βοήθεια της κυρίας Λίλης!!Καθ όλη τη διάρκεια της εγγκυμοσύνης σε ό,τι και αν τη χρειάστηκα ήταν δίπλα μου να με συμβουλέψει και να με καθησυχάσει όπου χρειαστεί , μιας και ήταν η πρώτη μου γέννα.Γενικά πήγαν όλα άψογα και είμαι πολυ χαρούμενη που τη βρήκα!!θα ήθελα να ευχαριστήσω επίσης και τα κορίτσια μου στη ρεσεψιόν οι οποίες είναι όλες πολύ πρόθυμες και εξυπηρετικές και με βοηθούσαν πάντα όταν χρειαζόμουν την οποιαδήποτε πληροφορία!! Ευχαριστώ πολύ για όλα. I gave birth by caesarean section with the help of Mrs. Lilly !! Throughout the pregnancy, in whatever I needed, she was by my side to advise me and reassure me where needed, since it was my first birth. and I am very happy to have found her !! I would also like to thank my girls at the reception who are all very willing and helpful and always helped me when I needed any information !! Thank you so much for everything.
M	Maria E. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Την κ. Κολομπερο μου τη σύστησαν πριν 4-5 χρόνια. Είναι εξαιρετική γιατρός, προσεκτική και σε ότι έχει συμβεί μέχρι στιγμής έχει σταθεί δίπλα μου. Κάθε φορά που θα την επισκεφτώ, αν έχει μεσολαβήσει αρκετό διάστημα θα κάνει ψηλάφηση στο στήθος μου γεγονός που αποδεικνύει ότι ενδιαφέρεται για την υγεία σου. Επίσης, σε δύο επεμβάσεις που έχει χρειαστεί να κάνω μαζί της, δεν έχω αντιμετωπίσει το ελάχιστο πρόβλημα μετεγχειρητικά και στο οικονομικό ζήτημα είναι πάνω απ'όλα άνθρωπος και βοηθάει. Την συστήνω με κλειστά μάτια. Μια αγκαλιά στην ίδια και στα κορίτσια στη γραμματεία, που είναι γλυκά, ευγενικά και με κάνουν να γελάω όταν το έχω ανάγκη. Το μόνο αρνητικό είναι η αναμονή για τα ρ/β, αλλά πάντα μας ενημερώνουν να καλούμε πριν πάμε ώστε να αποφεύγεται τυχόν ταλαιπωρία. Mrs. Colombero was introduced to me 4-5 years ago. She is an excellent doctor, careful and in everything that has happened so far she has stood by me. Every time I visit her, if she has been there for a long time, she will feel my chest, which proves that she is interested in your health. Also, in two surgeries that I have had to do with her, I have not faced the slightest problem postoperatively and in the financial issue she is above all a person and she helps. I recommend it with closed eyes. A hug to her and to the girls in the secretariat, who are sweet, kind and make me laugh when I need it. The only downside is the wait for the r / b, but they always inform us to call before we go to avoid any inconvenience.
