Είναι πολύ δημοφιλές και πρέπει συνήθως να κλείσεις μια εβδομάδα πριν, όμως το αξίζει με το παραπάνω! Very clean, with courteous service and consistency in his appointments. Η αφαίρεση πραγματοποιήθηκε με τροχό και η «τεχνίτρια» δεν πέρασε καν θεραπεία νυχιών ή κάτι άλλο που να δικαιολογεί τέτοιο παχυλό πoσό, όταν σε όλα τα υπόλοιπα καταστήματα η αφαίρεση gel κοστολογείται 5,00-7,00€ max. Η εφαρμογή gel στο συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα έχει καταστρέψει το φυσικό μου νύχι. Στη δε αφαίρεση ημιμόνιμου ποδιών, η «τεχνίτρια» προέβη σε αφαίρεση με τροχό και όχι ασετόν (σημειωτέον ότι δεν αφαιρέθηκε σωστά, διότι υπήρξαν υπολείμματα μετά την ολοκλήρωση), ενώ μάλιστα άφησε τα νύχια μου εντελώς απεριποίητα, δεν τα έκοψε, δεν τα λίμαρε, παρότι την ρώτησα κιόλας αν θα τα αφήσει «έτσι». Μου φάνηκε περίεργο, άκρως αντιεπαγγελματικό και καθόλου πελατοκεντρικό(!). Εκτός της όλης αναστάτωσης που υπέστη, με είχαν να περιμένω πολλή ώρα στο ταμείο, λες και ο δικός μου χρόνος δεν είναι πολύτιμος. Τα ανταγωνιστικά μαγαζιά της περιοχής έχουν μακράν καλύτερες παροχές και σέβονται τον πελάτη, το χρόνο του, αλλά και κάθε ευρώ που αφήνει. Τραυματική εμπειρία, poor value for money, poor quality, unprofessional, δε θα ξαναπήγαινα. Unacceptable and incomprehensible charge 10,00 € for hand gel removal (!). The removal was done with a wheel and the "technician" did not even undergo nail treatment or anything else that justifies such a large amount, when in all other stores the gel removal costs € 5.00-7.00 max. The gel application in this particular store has destroyed my natural nail. In the removal of semi-permanent feet, the "technician" proceeded to remove with a wheel and not acetone (note that it was not removed properly, because there were residues after completion), while in fact left my nails completely untidy, did not cut them, did not file them, although I even asked her if she would leave them "like this". It seemed strange to me, highly unprofessional and not at all customer-centric (!). In addition to all the upset he suffered, I had to wait a long time at the box office, as if my own time was not precious. The competing shops in the area have far better facilities and respect the customer, his time, but also every euro he leaves. Traumatic experience, poor value for money, poor quality, unprofessional, I would not go again.
