Συστεγάζεται στον ίδιο χώρο επίσης και ένα μικρό ναυπηγείο ιστιοφόρων πλοίων. Τρία Αστέρια γιατί χρειάζεται καλύτερη φωταγώγηση σαν χώρος, σίγουρα εργασίες εκβάθυνσης και λίγη περισσότερη οργάνωση σαν χώρος.
 Port that is mainly offered for use for unloading or loading from ships carrying bulk cargo from aggregates and raw materials. A small sailing shipyard is also co-located in the same area.
