Έμεινα ευχαριστημένος από την εξυπηρέτηση τόσο τηλεφωνική όσο και στην παραγγελία μου γενικά. I ordered online, all the products I ordered came quickly and were in excellent condition. I was happy with the service both by phone and in my order in general.

Όταν τους το λες απαντάνε ότι έπρεπε να μας το πείτε πριν κόψουμε την απόδειξη...και το πληρώνεις πολύ περισσότερο.....δεν συστήνω The prices you see on the internet have nothing to do with the ones you charge at the store if you go to get it from there. When you tell them they answer that you had to tell us before we cut the receipt ... and you pay much more ..... I do not recommend
E	Elenas travels on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σε ελαττωματικό προϊόν όπου έκαναν 3 μήνες να κάνουν αλλαγή και πήγαμε μετά από 3+ μήνες να το πάρουμε όταν θυμήθηκαν να μας ενημερώσουν (όπου πλέον για να ολοκληρωθεί η εργασία το είχαμε αγοράσει σε καλύτερη τιμή από άλλο μαγαζί γιατί καταλάβαμε οτι θα κάνουν πολύ καιρό για να το αλλάξουν) ζητήσαμε να γίνει αλλαγή προιόντος. Εκεί η αγενέστατη κοπελιά μας λέει οτι πρέπει να παμε σπίτι μας να κάνουμε εμείς την επιστροφή προιοντος (μια διαδικασία οπου γίνεται στο κατάστημα που το πουλάει και όχι από τον αγοραστή) και φυσικά δεν πρόκειται να ασχοληθούμε άλλο με το συγκεκριμένο μαγαζί γιατί απλά είναι απαράδεκτοι, αγενέστατοι, αντιεπαγγελματίες και βαριούνται να εξυπηρετήσουν. ΦΥΓΕΤΕ ΜΑΚΡΥΑ ΑΠΟ ΤΟ ΣΥΓΚΕΚΡΙΜΕΝΟ ΚΑΤΑΣΤΗΜΑ In a defective product where they made 3 months to make a change and we went after 3+ months to get it when they remembered to inform us (where now to complete the work we had bought it at a better price from another store because we realized that they will do it for a long time to change it) we asked for a product change. There the rude girl tells us that we have to go home to do the return of the product (a process where it is done in the store that sells it and not by the buyer) and of course we are not going to deal with this store anymore because they are simply unacceptable, rude, unprofessional and bored to serve. LEAVE AWAY FROM THIS SHOP
P	Pan Tsalouchidis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Όσες φορές παρήγγειλα μάσκες FFP2, ήταν πάντα άμεσα διαθέσιμες, με ενημέρωσαν αμέσως ότι είναι έτοιμοι να παραλάβω την παραγγελία, φρόντισαν ώστε η παραγγελία να παραδοθεί εκτός καταστήματος, ήταν πάντα εξυπηρετικοί με όλα. Εννοείται οι μάσκες πάντα γνήσιες και σε άριστη κατάσταση στη συσκευασία τους. Whenever I ordered FFP2 masks, they were always immediately available, they immediately informed me that they are ready to receive the order, they made sure that the order was delivered out of store, they were always helpful with everything. Of course the masks are always genuine and in excellent condition in their packaging.
