G	Georgia Nik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγαμε στο Liocharis 13/10/2020-18/10/2020. Μείναμε σε ένα ενοικιαζόμενο με δύο ορόφους. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟ. ΔΕΝ ΤΗΡΟΥΣΕ ΤΟ ΠΡΩΤΟΚΟΛΛΟ ΥΓΙΕΙΝΗΣ ΤΟΥ covid-19. 1) Τόσο κατά το check in όσο και κατά το check out, ήρθε η μητέρας της ιδιοκτήτριας ΧΩΡΙΣ μάσκα. 2) Στο δωμάτιο ΔΕΝ υπήρχε αντισηπτικό, όπως προβλέπει το πρωτόκολλο. 3) Υπήρχε σφουγγαρίστρα και φαράσι (χωρίς σκούπα) ενώ ΔΕΝ υπήρχε κανένα καθαριστικό για το πάτωμα ή τις επιφάνειες. Δεν υπήρχαν τσάντες για απορρίμματα. Αναγκαστήκαμε να πάμε να αγοράσουμε μόνοι μας όλα τα απαραίτητα απορρυπαντικά-απολυμαντικά, τσάντες κ.λπ. 4) Στον τοίχο του υπνοδωματίου ήταν εμφανής η υγρασία καθώς είχε φύγει το χρώμα του τοίχου. 5) Οι βρύσες τόσο του μπάνιου όσο και του νεροχύτη της κουζίνας καθώς επίσης και η ράβδος στην κουρτίνα του μπάνιου ήταν σκουριασμένες. 6) Στο τηλεχειριστήριο της τηλεόρασης δεν υπήρχε κάλυμμα μιας χρήσης. 7) Στο δωμάτιο σε καμία ντουλάπα δεν υπήρχαν δεύτερα κλινοσκεπάσματα ούτε και πετσέτες. 8) Όσο μείναμε στο Liocharis, δεν ήρθε ποτέ σε επικοινωνία μαζί μας η ιδιοκτήτρια να μας ρωτήσει αν χρειαζόμασταν κάτι ούτε καν για να μας δώσει να αλλάξουμε τα σεντόνια. Και ούτε ήμασταν υποχρεωμένοι να πάμε στο εστιατόριο της μητέρας της να ζητήσουμε τα αυτονόητα, όπως ήταν η απάντηση της κ. Μαρίνας γτ δεν πήγαμε να ζητήσουμε τον κωδικό του wifi, τον οποίο της είχαμε ζητήσει 2 φορές με μήνυμα. 9) Υπήρχαν στο διαμέρισμα από προηγούμενο ενοικιαστή α) ένα χρησιμοποιημένο σφουγγάρι στην κουζίνα, β) ένα κουτάκι καφέ άδειο, γ) ένα μπουκάλι νερό πεταμένο στο μπαλκόνι του υπνοδωματίου. (ΑΠΑΝΤΗΣΗ ΣΤΗΝ ΚΑΤΟΧΟ ΤΟΥ LIOCHARIS) Υ.Γ.: Θα είστε από εκείνους τους επαγγελματίες που δεν κάνουν σωστά την δουλειά τους και με διάφορα "τερτίπια" προσπαθούν να δικαιολογήσουν τα αδικαιολόγητα. Σε επικοινωνία δεν ήρθατε ποτέ μαζί μας, γτ αν είχατε έρθει θα μας είχατε δώσει και τον κωδικό του wifi. Και πριν πείτε ότι μας τον δώσατε έχω σε αντίγραφο τα μήνυματα που σας στείλαμε και ζητάγαμε τον κωδικό αλλά και το μήνυμα την ημέρα της αναχώρησής μας που μας ζητάτε συγνώμη που δεν μας τον δώσατε γτ (και καλά) δεν είχατε δει το μήνυμα. ΟΙ ΦΩΤΟΡΓΑΦΙΕΣ δεν λένε ψέματα. Πριν γράψω την κριτική πήρα τηλέφωνο στο 1542 και μου είπαν τι πρωτόκολλο ακριβώς ισχύει λόγω covid-19. Δλδ θέλετε να μου πείτε ότι το παρατημένο και χρησιμοποιημένο σφουγγάρι στο νεροχύτη της κουζίνας από προηγούμενο ενοικιαστή, το παρατημένο μπουκάλι με νερό στο μπαλκόνι του υπνοδωματίου είναι μέσα στα πλαίσια υγιεινής του covid-19? Και είστε τυχεροί που δεν το τραβήξαμε παραπάνω. Προφανώς νομίζετε ότι όλοι τρώμε κουτόχορτο. We went to Liocharis 13/10 / 2020-18 / 10/2020. We stayed in a rented house with two floors. The apartment was UNACCEPTABLE. DID NOT COMPLIANCE WITH COVID-19 HYGIENE PROTOCOL. 1) Both at check-in and at check-out, the owner's mother came WITHOUT a mask. 2) There was NO antiseptic in the room, as provided by the protocol. 3) There was a mop and an ashtray (without a broom) while there was NO cleaner for the floor or surfaces. There were no garbage bags. We had to go and buy ourselves all the necessary detergents, bags, etc. 4) The humidity was evident on the bedroom wall as the color of the wall was gone. 5) The taps of both the bathroom and the kitchen sink as well as the bar on the bathroom curtain were rusty. 6) There was no disposable cover on the TV remote control. 7) In the room in any closet there were no second linens or towels. 8) While we were staying at Liocharis, the owner never contacted us to ask if we needed anything or even to give us a change of sheets. Nor did we have to go to her mother's restaurant to ask for the obvious, as was the answer of Mrs. Marina because we did not go to ask for the wifi code, which we had asked her twice with a message. 9) There were in the apartment from a previous tenant a) a used sponge in the kitchen, b) an empty coffee box, c) a bottle of water thrown on the bedroom balcony. (ANSWER TO THE LIOCHARIS OWNER) PS: You will be one of those professionals who do not do their job properly and with various "tricks" try to justify the unjustified. You never came in contact with us, because if you had come you would have given us the wifi code. And before you say that you gave it to us, I have a copy of the messages we sent you and asked for the code and the message on the day of our departure that you apologize for not giving it to us because (and well) you did not see the message. PHOTOGRAPHS do not lie. Before writing the review I called 1542 and they told me exactly what protocol applies due to covid-19. Do you want to tell me that the abandoned and used sponge in the kitchen sink by a previous tenant, the abandoned water bottle on the bedroom balcony is within the hygiene of the covid-19? And you are lucky that we did not pull it off. You obviously think we all eat weed.

Appartamento pulito e carino con servizio ristorante buono. To recommend to everyone. We celebrated our daughter's birthday and the owner prepared a small party for us. Nice people. Clean and nice apartment with good restaurant service.

Kann es in allen Punkten weiterempfehlen und würde gerne jederzeit wiederkommen. A wonderful place to stay. The cleanliness is excellent. The hospitality has to be particularly emphasized. Can recommend it in all points and would like to come back anytime.
R	Roxana C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deși am avut rezervare la Maria Apartments și după confirmare și plata , cu 2 zile înainte sa ajungem, am primit mesaj ca de fapt apartamentul e studio , când am ajuns studioul era la Liocharis . Dar faptul ca era foarte curat, bine dotat, cu spațiu destul de mare și o vedere superba la mare, a compensat și totul a fost ok. Although we had a reservation at Maria Apartments and after confirmation and payment, 2 days before we arrived, we received a message that the apartment was actually a studio, when we arrived the studio was in Liocharis. But the fact that it was very clean, well equipped, with quite a lot of space and a beautiful sea view, made up for it and everything was ok.
