Κ	ΚΩΝΣΤΑΝΤΙΝΟΣ ΑΔΑΜΟΠΟΥΛΟΣ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ξεκαθαρίζω ότι δεν έχω αγοράσει κάτι από τη συγκεκριμένη εταιρεία απλά δεν μου άρεσε η πολιτική της αυτές τις μέρες και εξηγούμαι: στις 27 Απριλίου 2021 το πρωί τους κάλεσα για να παραγγείλω ένα ραδιοφωνάκι αξίας 8€ και να περάσω να το παραλάβω από την έδρα τους μιας κ είμαι πολύ κοντά. Ο κος που μίλησα μου ανέφερε ότι πρέπει να μου το στείλουν με εταιρεία μεταφορών γιατί δεν κάνουν παραδόσεις στην έδρα τους λόγω πολιτικής της εταιρείας λόγω Covid19. Του πρότεινα να μη μπω καθόλου μέσα στο κτίριο κ να μου το παραδώσουν στο απέναντι πεζοδρόμιο ή να το φέρει στην έδρα τους αν δεν το έχουν ήδη κ να το πάρω όποτε δεχτούν παραλαβές από εκεί αλλά δε δεχόταν τίποτα! Τα μαγαζιά έχουν ανοίξει εδώ κ αρκετές μέρες αλλά η συγκεκριμένη εταιρεία έχει τους δικούς της λόγους, οι οποίοι να τονίσω βέβαια είναι απόλυτα σεβαστοί, αλλά για τον καταναλωτή, όταν αυτό που θέλει έχει 8 και πρέπει να πληρώσει άλλα 4€ για να του το στείλουν 10 τετράγωνα πιο κάτω, είναι παράλογο. Το αναφέρει βέβαια στους τρόπους αποστολής της εταιρείας, προφανώς, για τη συγκεκριμένη περίοδο, οπότε αφήνω αυτήν την αξιολόγηση στη διάθεση του κοινού. I make it clear that I have not bought anything from this company I just did not like its policy these days and I explain: on April 27, 2021 in the morning I called them to order a radio worth 8 € and to pick it up from their headquarters one and I am very close. The man I spoke to told me that they should send it to me with a transport company because they do not make deliveries to their headquarters due to company policy due to Covid19. I suggested to him not to enter the building at all and to be handed over to me on the opposite sidewalk or to bring it to their headquarters if they do not already have it and to take it whenever they receive receipts from there but he did not accept anything! The shops have been open for several days but this company has its own reasons, which of course I emphasize are absolutely respectable, but for the consumer, when what he wants is 8 and he has to pay another 4 € to send it 10 blocks below, is absurd. Of course, he mentions it in the ways of sending the company, obviously, for the specific period, so I leave this evaluation at the disposal of the public.
Β	Βέρα Δημητριάδη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aπαραδεκτη εξυπηρετηση. Παρήγγειλα 6 καρέκλες. Ήρθε λάθος χρώμα. Αποφάσισα να τις επιστρέψω αλλά διάλεξα ένα άλλο χρώμα από την αρχική μου επιλογη. Είμαστε πάνω από ένα μήνα στα τηλέφωνα και δεχονται να γινει η αλλαγή μόνο με την αρχική επιλογή. Εάν θέλω λέει άλλο χρώμα (ίδια καρέκλα) πρέπει να ξαναπληρώσω τα μεταφορικά 30 ευρώ. Επίσης για επιστροφή χρημάτων μιλάμε καθημερινά γιατί ρωτάνε τον υπευθυνο. Με λίγα λόγια έχω τις καρέκλες στην κουτα τους στο σπίτι μου, εδώ και ένα μήνα και ακόμα άκρη δεν βγαίνει. Unacceptable service. I ordered 6 chairs. Wrong color. I decided to return them but chose a different color from my original choice. We have been on the phones for over a month and they only accept the change with the initial selection. If I want it says another color (same chair) I have to pay the shipping 30 euros again. We also talk about refunds every day because they ask the person in charge. In short, I have the chairs in their box in my house, for a month now and still no edge comes out.

Η γυναίκα μου τελικά ήθελε άλλο χρώμα, πήραμε τηλέφωνο και μας τροποποιησαν τη παραγγελία άμεσα και χωρίς δυσκολία. Παρέλαβα πολύ πιο γρήγορα από ό,τι έλεγε το site. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα. Awesome service! I ordered a TV stand. My wife finally wanted another color, we got on the phone and they modified our order immediately and without difficulty. I received it much faster than the site said. I highly recommend it.
X	Xristos Dervis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μου το πρότεινε ο αδερφός μου επειδή είχε ψωνίσει κάτι μικρο και είχε πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση. Έκανα παραγγελία σύνθετο σαλονιού το οποίο παραδόθηκε με μικρή καθυστέρηση , με ευθύνη της μεταφορικής εταιριας αλλα σε όλη τη διαδικασία είχα συνεχής ενημέρωση από την livecart. Το θέμα δεν είναι να μην γίνονται λάθη αλλά πως τα αντιμετωπίζουμε. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα, πραγματικοί επαγγελματίες!!!!!! 6 ΑΣΤΕΡΑΚΙΑ!!! My brother suggested it to me because he had bought something small and had very good service. I ordered a living room complex which was delivered with a short delay, responsibly of the transport company but throughout the process I was constantly updated by livecart. The issue is not to make mistakes but how to deal with them. I highly recommend it, real professionals !!!!!! 6 STARS !!!
n	nicktiger6 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Για ψύκτρα επεξεργαστή είχαν βάλει την τιμή χωρίς ΦΠΑ για να εμφανίζονται πρώτοι στο skroutz. Όταν πας να κάνεις την παραγγελία βγάζει την τιμή μαζί με φπα. Απαραδεκοι! For processor heat sinks they had set the price without VAT to appear first on skroutz. When you go to place the order, it shows the price together with VAT. Unacceptable!
