★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ενώ περίμενα χθες το απόγευμα 06-01-2022 να επικοινωνήσουν μαζί μου (σε 1-2 ώρες όπως είπε η κυρία)
ώστε να με ενημερώσουν για το αν υπάρχει και το 2ο στούντιο διαθέσιμο (υπήρχαν 2 στούντιο υποψήφια ) δεν με κάλεσε ποτέ. Σήμερα το πρωι 07-01-2022 και αφου δεν με καλέσανε, τηλεφώνησα για να μάθω ποιο απο τα 2 είναι διαθεσιμα ώστε να κλείσω το ενα.
Το ένα δεν είναι διαθεσιμο και το άλλο το νοίκιαζε εκείνη την στιγμη!
Και εγώ περιμένω να με καλεσει....

While I was waiting yesterday afternoon 06-01-2022 to contact me (in 1-2 hours as the lady said)
to let me know if there is a 2nd studio available (there were 2 candidate studios) he never called me. This morning 07-01-2022 and after they did not call me, I called to find out which of the 2 is available to book one.
One is not available and the other was renting it at the time!
And I'm waiting for him to call me ....
The conclusion is yours to make!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απόλυτη έλλειψη επαγγελματισμού. Μας είπαν πως θα μας καλέσουν για ένα ακίνητο που δείξαμε ενδιαφέρον για ενοικίαση. Δε μας κάλεσαν ποτέ. Όταν τηλεφώνησε ξανα ο σύζυγος μου του είπε ένας πολλά βαρύς κύριος , ότι ίσως έχει ενοικιαστεί τελικά. Δεν ήταν και σίγουροι, δε θέλανε και να μας προτείνουν και κάτι άλλο παρά την προτροπή μας . Προτείνω σε όσους αυτούς τους δύσκολους καιρούς , ψάχνουν για σπίτι να μην προτιμήσουν το συγκεκριμένο μεσιτικό και χάσουν το χρόνο τους.
Absolute lack of professionalism. We were told that they would call us for a property that we showed interest in renting. They never called us. When my husband called again, a very serious gentleman told him that it might have been rented after all. They were not sure, they did not want to offer us anything other than our prompting. I suggest to those who are looking for a home in these difficult times not to prefer this particular real estate and waste their time.
