★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - Προβληματική επικοινωνία μόνο μέσω email.
- Μου έστελναν λανθασμένες καταστάσεις οφειλών προς τα ταμεία που δεν είχαν καμία σχέση με το e-efka και σε τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία που πάντα εγώ επεδίωκα, για την διασταύρωση των ποσών, αδυνατούσαν να μου απαντήσουν κι έκλειναν την συζήτηση ότι... "αυτά είναι και πλήρωσε τα"!
- Δυσανασχετούσαν για τον χρόνο που έπρεπε να αφιερώσουν ώστε να βρουν το λάθος. Έπρεπε να τηλεφωνήσουν σε υποκατάστημα ΤΕΒΕ στην επαρχία κι ακόμη κι αυτό έδειχνε να τους κουράζει, λέγοντας μου ότι κανονικά θα έπρεπε να ασχοληθώ εγώ.
- Διακανόνισαν οφειλές κατά βούληση χωρίς να ενημερωθώ για τη διάρκεια ρύθμισης και τη μηνιαία καταβολή.
- Σε προσθήκη ΚΑΔ παροχής υπηρεσιών, μή γνωρίζοντας προφανώς τη δουλειά τους, επέμεναν ότι έπρεπε να έχω και ταμειακή μηχανή κάτι που δεν ισχύει τελικά. Ευτυχώς πρόλαβα κι έτσι έχω σταματήσει ήδη την συνεργασία μαζί τους. Συνιστώ να τους αποφύγετε!!
- Problem communication only via email.
- They sent me wrong statements of debts to the funds that had nothing to do with e-efka and in a telephone communication that I always sought, to cross-check the amounts, they could not answer me and closed the discussion that ... "these are also pay them "!
- They were dissatisfied with the time they had to devote to finding the mistake. They had to call a TEBE branch in the province and even that seemed to tire them, telling me that normally I should deal with it.
- They settled debts at will without being informed about the settlement period and the monthly payment.
- In addition to KAD providing services, obviously not knowing their job, they insisted that I should have a cash register, something that is not valid in the end. Fortunately I managed and so I have already stopped working with them. I recommend you avoid them !!
