★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγόρασα ρολόι loiser και μου χάλασε το λουρί μέσα σε ένα μήνα.πηγα με την απόδειξη στο κατάστημα σάς Ερμού και με ενημέρωσε η κοπέλα ότι δεν καλύπτονται τα έξοδα σε λουριά και θα πρέπει να αγοράσω καινούριο λουρί . Περιττό να πω ότι η κοπέλα ήταν λίγο αγενεστατη στο τρόπο επικοινωνίας τής...Aftersale δεν υφίσταται στο λεξιλόγιο τους
I bought a loiser watch and broke my strap within a month. I went to the Ermus store and told my girlfriend that the strap costs were not covered and I had to buy a new strap. Needless to say, the girl was a little offended at the way she communicated ... Aftersale doesn't exist in their vocabulary

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση. Οι υπάλληλοι ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικοί και υπομονετικοί, παρότι ήμουν αναποφάσιστη και με βοήθησαν αρκετά.
Very good service. The staff were very helpful and patient, although I was indecisive and they helped me a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγόρασα τον Δεκέμβρη 2 δαχτυλίδια για τα οποία ενημερώθηκα ότι δεν μαυρίζουν (δεν με ένοιαζε να είναι ασημένια με ένοιαζε να μην μαυρίζουν). 2 μήνες λοιπόν μετά τα δαχτυλίδια έχουν διαβρωθεί, τα δάχτυλα μου γίνονται πράσινα και καλώ και στο τηλέφωνο εξυπηρέτησης πελατών και στο τηκεφωνο καταστήματος Ερμού, από όπου έκανα και την εν λόγω αγορά, απλά για να ρωτήσω για επιμετάλλωση. Απάντηση καμία! Και δεν είμαι υποχρεωμένη να πάω στο κασταστημα αδίκως ενώ υπάρχουν τηλέφωνα εξυπηρέτησης πελατών! Αν ήθελα δαχτυλίδι της πλάκας αγόραζα και από κατάστημα fast fashion με 10€ και όχι με 50€. Και δεν ενημερώθηκαν καν ότι το υλικό είναι μεταλλικό. Ούτε ένα αστέρι από εμένα και θλίβομαι!
I bought 2 rings in December that I was informed that they do not tan (I did not care to be silver I did not care to tan). So 2 months after the rings are eroded, my fingers turn green and I call both the customer service phone and the Hermos store phone, from where I made the purchase, just to ask for a platter. Answer none! And I don't have to go to the store unjustly while there are customer service phones! If I wanted a slab ring I would also buy it from a fast fashion shop for 10 € and not 50 €. And they were not even informed that the material is metallic. Not a star from me and I'm sorry!
