Μετά την αγορά τριών προϊόντων επιχρυσωμένων συνολικής αξίας περίπου 200 ευρώ και τα τρία μου δημιούργησαν ερεθισμό στον λαιμό και έχασαν την λάμψη τους. Χρησιμοποιήθηκαν δε μετρημένες φορές και με προσοχή αποφεύγοντας νερό και κολωνίες όπως μου είναι γνωστό. Αφού πηγα στο κατάστημα μου εγγυήθηκαν ότι θα το διορθώσουν το θέμα στέλνοντας τα στο τεχνικό εργαστήριο χωρίς χρέωση διότι ήταν καινούργιοι κωδικοί. Πηγαίνοντας να τα παραλάβω μετά από σχεδόν 20 μέρες μου ζητήθηκε να καταβάλει το ποσό των 16.5 ευρώ. Στην αρχή είναι χωρίς χρέωση και αφού το δώσεις ζητάνε το ποσό που επιθυμούν σε ένα προϊόν που από την αρχή δε είναι προβληματικό. Συν της αλλης το ενα κοσμημα ηρθε διαφορετικο απο οτι ηταν και οτιαν το θελω οπως ηταν θα πρέπει ναπεριμενω παλι απο την αρχή.Αντι να φηγω ικανοποιημενη προσπαθησαν να με πεισουν οτι σωστα πραξανε και οτι το κοδμημσ είναι κ πολύ ομοργο και έτσι.
Απαραδεκτη η τακτικη σας περα για περα.Δεν θα ξαναεπισκεφτωτον χωρο σας και πραγματικά λυπάμαι για τις πρακτικες σας και την ποιοτητα σας.
Unfortunately, the dissatisfaction is great. After buying three gold-plated products with a total value of about 200 euros, all three of them caused a sore throat and lost their shine. They were used counted times and carefully avoiding water and colognes as far as I know. After I went to my store they guaranteed that they would correct the issue by sending them to the technical laboratory free of charge because they were new codes. Going to pick them up after almost 20 days I was asked to pay the amount of 16.5 euros. In the beginning it is free of charge and after you give it they ask for the amount they want in a product that from the beginning is not problematic. On the other hand, one piece of jewelry came different from what it was and if I want it as it was, I will have to wait again from the beginning.
Your tactics are completely unacceptable. I will never visit your place again and I really regret your practices and your quality.
