Χ	Χαμόγελο Χ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το ένα αστέρι το βάζω για τα όμορφα έπιπλα, την ωραία αισθητική που είχαν. Για ποιότητα δεν μπορώ να ξέρω καθώς δεν αγόρασα από εκεί κι ούτε έχω σκοπό πλέον. Δυστυχώς δε μου άρεσε καθόλου η συμπεριφορά του κυρίου που μ' εξυπηρετούσε. Ρωτούσα για τιμές σε διάφορα έπιπλα και σε κάποια στιγμή έδειξε εκνευρισμό λέγοντας ότι "όλες οι λεπτομέρειες υπάρχουν στο σάιτ/ και να σου πω τιμές δε θα θυμάσαι/ αποφάσισε ποιο έπιπλο θέλεις ν' αγοράσεις και μετά θα συζητήσουμε". Ίσως να ήταν μια άσχημη στιγμή και να έτυχε, ωστόσο το σίγουρο είναι ότι με τον απότομο τρόπο με έχασε από πελάτισσα καθώς μου έδωσε την εντύπωση ότι δεν είχε καθόλου διάθεση να ασχοληθεί. Μπήκα μάλιστα στο σάιτ τους και δεν υπήρχαν τιμές. Να πω επίσης ότι τα έπιπλα είναι πιο ωραία από κοντά απ' ό, τι στο σάιτ το οποίο τους αδικεί και χρειάζεται αναβάθμιση. Σίγουρα πάντως θα προτιμήσω άλλο μαγαζί που να είναι πιο ευγενικοί κι εξυπηρετικοί. I put one star on the beautiful furniture, the beautiful aesthetics they had. For quality I can't know as I didn't buy from there and I have no purpose anymore. Unfortunately, I didn't like the gentleman's behavior that served me. Asking for prices on various furniture and at some point he was annoyed by saying that "all the details are on the site / and to tell you prices you will not remember / decide which furniture you want to buy and then discuss". It may have been a bad time and it did happen, but the thing is for sure, it suddenly struck me as a client as it gave me the impression that she had no intention of getting involved. I even went to their site and there were no prices. I would also say that furniture is nicer than close to the site that is wrong and needs upgrading. I would definitely prefer another shop that is more polite and helpful.

Τους πήγα η ίδια δείγμα (ολόκληρο ράφι βιβλιοθήκης) για το χρώμα του επίπλου που ήθελα και με διαβεβαίωσαν ότι, εφόσον είχαν το δείγμα και παρά το ότι ήταν άλλο είδος ξύλου, θα έβγαινε το ίδιο. Το αποτέλεσμα για το πόσο κατάφεραν να το προσεγγίσουν είναι φανερό στη φωτογραφία. Στα παράπονα μου η απάντηση ήταν εμπαιγμός, το κατάστημα με παρέπεμπε στο εργοστάσιο και τούμπαλιν ενώ σαν λύση πρότειναν να πάω εγώ η ίδια στο εργοστάσιο για να διαλέξω το χρώμα. Αυτό μετά από 2,5 μήνες που έκανε το έπιπλο να καταστευαστεί και αφού το είχα χρυσοπληρώσει. Ντροπή. Unacceptable behavior. I gave them the same sample (whole bookcase) for the color of the furniture I wanted and they assured me that if they had the sample and despite the fact that it was a different type of wood, it would come out the same. The result of how much they managed to approach it is obvious in the photo. To my complaints the answer was a mockery, the store referred me to the factory and tubalin while as a solution they suggested that I go to the factory myself to choose the color. This after 2.5 months that made the furniture to be made and after I had paid for it in gold. Shame.

I do not know what to think at the moment. The pron was the quality of the wood and the cuts but the colour and texture did not meet my expectations
