★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαραδεκτο καταστημα.Ειναι πραγματικα οτι να ναι.Χρειαστηκε να κανω αλλαγη σε μεγεθος ζητησα το ιδιο παντελονι σε αλλο μεγεθος και μου ειπανε οτι δεν υπαρχει ενω στο site εδειχνε οτι υπηρχε κανονικα.Εντελη τους εδειξα σε φωτογραφια τι θελω πληρωνοντας παλι μεταφορικα 6€ .Οταν το ανοιξα ειδα οτι ειχανε στειλει αλλο σχεδιο οχι αυτο που ειχαμε συννενοηθει στα mail.Τελος,να πω οτι να τους βρεις στο τηλεφωνο ειναι αδυνατον οπως επισης και στα mail απαντανε με καθυστερηση μεγαλη.Για την δικη μου αλλαγη μεχρι να γινει πηρε μια εβδομαδα.
Εννοειται οτι δεν υπαρχει περιπτωση να ξαναπληρωσω ενα τετοιο καταστημα.
Προφανως και τωρα εχω ενα φορεμα που δεν μου αρεσει διοτι δεν ειναι αυτο που ειχα ζητησει και φυσικα δεν γινεται να πληρωνω συνεχεια μεταφορικα για αλλαγες για δικα τους λαθη.
Η λεξη αδιαφορια ειναι λιγη απο μερους τους.
Unacceptable store. It is really that yes. I had to make a change in size I asked for the same pants in another size and they told me that it does not exist while on the site it showed that it existed normally. I showed them in a photo what I want by paying again € 6. I opened it and saw that they had sent another plan, not the one we had agreed on in the mails. Finally, to say that it is impossible to find them on the phone as well as in the mails they answered with a long delay. It took me a week to make my change.
Of course, there is no way I can repay such a store.
Obviously I still have a dress that I do not like because it is not what I asked for and of course it is not possible to constantly pay shipping for changes for their own mistakes.
The word indifference is a bit of them.
