★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρήγγειλα στις 7/11 από το eshop κ έγραφε σε 5 εργάσιμες πως θα παραλάβω. Πλήρωσα 5€ για μεταφορικά. Στις 19/11 (και με επιβολή καραντίνας) με ενημερώνει η μεταφορική ότι θα πρέπει να πάω εγώ στον Βοτανικό (!) για να παραλάβω. 5€ μεταφορικά δηλαδή γιατί πλήρωσα; για να μου τα φέρουν στον Βοτανικό;;; Παίρνω τηλέφωνο στην εταιρεία, μου λένε θα βάλουμε κουριερ. Ξανά παίρνω στις 21/11 μου λένε το έχει αναλάβει η γενική ταχυδρομική θα λάβετε 23-24/11. Παίρνω στις 26/11 μου λένε λογικά θα παραλάβετε σήμερα. Έχει φτάσει 30/11 και ακόμα να παραλάβω.
I ordered on 7/11 from the eshop and it said in 5 working days that I will receive it. I paid 5 € for shipping. On 11/19 (and with the imposition of quarantine) the transport company informs me that I will have to go to the Botanical Garden (!) To receive it. 5 € shipping, so why did I pay? to bring them to the Botanical Garden ??? I call the company, they tell me we will put a courier. I get it again on 11/21/ they tell me the general post office has taken over you will receive it 23/24/11 I get it on 26/11 they tell me logically you will receive it today. It has arrived 30/11 and I still have to pick it up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρήγγειλα μέσω ιστοσελίδας τους και μου ήρθαν γρήγορα (αν και μέσω καραντίνας). Κάτι όμως δεν λειτουργούσε και θα μου έστελναν, αφού επικοινώνησαν με τον χονδρέμπορό τους, το εξάρτημα που δεν λειτουργούσε σωστά. Στο ενδιάμεσο προέκυψε με το ένα αντικείμενο ένα κατασκευαστικό λάθος και μου το αντικατέστησαν άμεσα και με το παραπάνω. Μου φέρθηκαν αξιοπρεπέστατα (τουλάχιστον ο κύριος με τον οποίο είχα συνομιλία) και σίγουρα θα τους έχω υπόψιν σε επόμενη αγορά μου, από την στιγμή που αναγνωρίζουν το λάθος και φροντίζουν στην ικανοποίηση του πελάτη.
I ordered through their website and they came to me quickly (albeit through quarantine). But something was not working and they would send me, after contacting their wholesaler, the part that was not working properly. In the meantime, a construction error occurred with one object and they immediately replaced it with the above. They treated me with dignity (at least the gentleman I spoke to) and I will definitely keep them in mind in my next purchase, as soon as they recognize the mistake and take care of customer satisfaction.

παρ όλο που η περιοχή μας έχει ακόμη χιόνια.
Το προϊόν ακριβώς όπως φαινόταν στην φωτογραφία.
Θα το προτιμούσα ξανά το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα.
My order (boots) came in one day,
even though our area still has snow.
The product is exactly as shown in the photo.
