If she does not know what happened in her company then must go to clean dishes at home. She never offer a solution or something. H	Hailey Do on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TOTALLY DISASTER AND DISAPPOINTED. We booked a car 2 months before our trip to Athens, Greece. Price is good, everything seems to be ok. BUT on the day we arrived in Greece, we couldn't contact them. We tried to contact so many times. After approx 1 hour, they picked up phone and said they would come in 10' but actually 30'. When they arrived, they rejected us because our card is debit which has visa/ Mastercard they don't accept. They are the only company dont do Visa/ Mastercard debit card. I find this ridiculous as a lot of countries in Europe use debit.
M	Marco Vittori on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They're just a huge scam. Never ever trust them. We had a reservation for a car and we called them the day before the pick up. The girl answers us the first time saying she wasn't in office and couldn't answer our questions. She promised to call us back and of course never called again. We tried to call and the our numbers were blocked, thus the communication became impossible. We never got the car. Do not rent a car from them. One star because I can't put zero.

The lady did not show up on time, and when I tried to call, she said she was busy with another client, and called back 30 whole minutes later. She finally showed up an HOUR later, and when she asked to see my license, she said that they don't accept Canadian licenses. This is ridiculous, I booked over a month in advance, why was I not told earlier that this was the case. Now we have to pay over triple the price to get a car on the same day, which we cannot do at this point. End of story, this company is cheap but you don't get ANY value for your money, pay a little more for a good and reliable company.

Here is why: Two weeks before the rental, we called and told them that we would be late for the pick-up (18:00 instead of 11:00). By the time we arrived, the car (Minivan Nissan Evalia) was no longer available (they had rented it out even though we informed them about the late arrival). As a replacement, we got an old Ford Focus (10 years plus) with 150'000km on the clock. For a familiy of 5 with luggage, this was very uncomfortable. In short: - the booked car was not available - the car we received was old and too small - it took over 3hours to get the alternative car - it took 6 phone calls to finally get the rental agreement - organizing the drop off again took 4 calls and 5 emails They are also working under the name "U Safe Parking" - Google feedbacks on that page also show, what kind of company they are...
B	Bernardo Pedrosa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst car rental I've ever used. When we got to the airport, they would pick us up at 8am, we waited for half an hour and nobody was there. We messaged the lady from the rental place and she said the driver was 5m away. 20m later he showed up. We were then dropped at the rental place and were left there waiting until 10am. So 2 hours total waiting until she showed up. We rented a seat Ibiza and then the lady wanted to give us a huge and old minivan. She will keep saying she is 10m away and you will wait for more than half an hour for everything. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
i	ioannis labadaris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I give a rate of one star since I cannot give none. They didn't accept my credit card and were not flexible to accept another kind of settlement/payment. Thy hid behind an unfriendly customer policy and offered no solution, which is uncharacteristic of a small car rental company in Greece. The bottom line is that they look good at what they offer as long as an unusual circumstance does not arise. And the fact is that with rental cars usually it does arise. I would keep away.

They are not reliable I rented 10 days in advance paid a small portion got confirmation of reservations every other day but when I got to airport no one was waiting for me. No one was answering my cell phones calls. After 40 minutes of waiting I got to a landline phone and guess what they answered BUT of course asking for twice as much the rental. Very unprofessional company ???? if I can give 0 that is what I give
