Όχι μόνο με εξυπηρέτησε κανονικότατα αλλά με τις σωστές ερωτήσεις που μου έκανε με κατεύθυνε στο να κάνω μια άριστη αγορά! Μπράβο σας συνεχίστε έτσι! Excellent professional and man! I went on Saturday half an hour before it closed (Sunday I went on vacation) to get SUP without knowing exactly what I want. Not only did he serve me normally but with the right questions he asked me he guided me to make an excellent purchase! Well done, keep it up!

H	Holger Dudda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είχαμε αγοράσει ένα καγιάκ το οποίο μεταφέρθηκε στο νησί της Μήλου. Παραδόθηκε σε λάθος χρώμα. Μετά από παράπονα και πολλά μηνύματα ηλεκτρονικού ταχυδρομείου, το καγιάκ ανταλλάχθηκε και ήρθε πάλι σε λάθος χρώμα! Ο κ. Λουκιανός προσπάθησε να παρουσιάσει ότι το χρώμα δεν συζητήθηκε καθόλου. Μόνο κατά την τρίτη παράδοση/ανταλλαγή το καγιάκ ήρθε στο σωστό χρώμα. Ο κ. Λουκιανός δεν ήθελε να πληρώσει τα πρόσθετα έξοδα μεταφοράς για την απίστευτα κακή εκτέλεση αυτής της απλής αγοράς. Η συμπεριφορά αυτού του επιχειρηματία δεν μπορεί να βαθμολογηθεί αρκετά άσχημα, ήταν μακράν η χειρότερη αγορά μου μέχρι στιγμής. Δυστυχώς, εδώ δεν μπορούν να δοθούν αρνητικά αστέρια. We had bought a kayak which was transported to the island of Milos. Delivered in the wrong color. After complaints and many emails, the kayak was exchanged and came back in the wrong color! Mr. Lucianos tried to show that color was not discussed at all. Only during the third delivery / exchange did the kayak come in the right color. Mr. Lucianos did not want to pay the extra shipping costs for the incredibly poor execution of this simple purchase. This businessman's behavior can not be rated bad enough, it was by far my worst purchase so far. Unfortunately, no negative stars can be given here.

Με υπομονή με άκουσε κατάλαβε τις ανάγκες μου που μεταξύ μας ούτε εγώ ήξερα ποιες είναι και το πακέτο που πήρα παρόλο που μια ο καιρός μια η δουλειά το έβαλα 2 φορές στη θάλασσα στον ενάμιση μήνα που το έχω με έχει καλύψει απόλυτα. I bought a conventional inflatable and an outboard engine.
