★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άψογη συνεργασία. Έκανα παραγγελία χτες (Παρασκευή) ένα πιστόλι βαφής που χρειαζόμουν για το Σαββατοκύριακο και σήμερα Σάββατο παρέλαβα κανονικά και το δούλεψα. Ευχαριστώ πολύ. Σίγουρα θα συνεχιστεί η συνεργασία μας.
 Perfect collaboration. I ordered yesterday (Friday) a spray gun that I needed for the weekend and today, Saturday, I received it normally and I worked on it. Thank you very much. We will definitely continue our cooperation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έκανα αγορά από το e-shop και το προϊόν φαινόταν άμεσα διαθέσιμό, την επόμενη έλαβα μήνυμα ότι θα παραλάβουν μέσα στην εβδομάδα και θα με ενημερώσουν για την πορεία της παραγγελίας.
Δύο μέρες μετά με κάλεσαν και με ενημέρωσαν ότι δεν θα γίνει παραλαβή και ότι πρέπει να ακυρώσουν την παραγγελία. Μου ζήτησαν να τους στείλω το λογαριασμό για να μου κάνουν επιστροφή τα χρήματα που τους είχα καταθέσει. Έχουν περάσει δύο μέρες από τότε και δεν έχει γίνει επιστροφή, δεν απαντούν ούτε στα emails μου.
I made a purchase from the e-shop and the product seemed immediately available, the next day I received a message that they will receive it within the week and will inform me about the progress of the order.
Two days later they called me and informed me that there would be no collection and that they had to cancel the order. They asked me to send them the bill so that they could return the money I had deposited to them. Two days have passed since then and no return has been made, they do not even reply to my emails.

I would never use them for remore purchases if I knew this.
Otherwise they seem a serious and well organized business.
It's a pitty to offer bad customer experience only because of the logistics.
