* very VERY nice personel - our hosts were very helpful with anything we needed.
* our room was cleaned on a daily basis - towels and sheets were refreshed every 3 days
* good location to reach all major POI in this region - Chania, Balos, Falasarna, Elafonissi
Negative points:
* deceiving photos - the room was nothing like it was advertised, as it was way smaller and VERY old-fashioned
* the matrace was an impertinence - we were not able to sleep comfortably. They should have changed it years ago!
* there is no sandy beach nearby

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed 10 days...more than satisfied...very clean room...perfect cleaning service...owners very friendly and polite,respect their guests...peaceful place. You do not have to worry cause of car park cause there is enough. Nearby beach and taverna Thallasa is perfect for relaxing. Owners fluent in English and you will not have any problems. Worth every penny. Reasonable price for the service and everything they offer. Location near the most popular beaches Balos,Elafonisi and Falasarna...also 15 min by car to Chania downtown. Worth visiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I know I'm a little late reviewing this, but when I visited. I'll have to tell that the rooms were very clean. And it's located next to the sea. That was one of the best hotels, I have visited so far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at Louladakis for a week. It is highly recommended. We were very happy with services and support provided by Louladakis brothers. They were always present for any help and advice.
The hotel itself is a bus stop and very convenient to explore Crete (even if you don’t have a car).
It kids friends friendly. Top floor is very good to relax and enjoy sun- even better sunrise and sunset as it’s one of tallest buildings in the surrounding.
All precautions and cleaning effort are in place with respect to Covid and we felt safe to stay here.
Enjoy Crete!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartment was clean, furnished and comfortable. Stuff very polite. Only big downside was the position and the view. Nice as a base to move around in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an amazing people. The two brothers arranged everything for us from late taxi from the airport to renting a motorcycle during our stay. They are easy to chat with lots of info for the whole island. Clean rooms fresh bed linen and towels. Location very good for Northwest side of the Crete.
