Υ	Υβόννη Μπουτάση on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άκρως ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ!!!! Καθόλου επαγγελματίες! Το αγόρι μου παρήγγειλε να μου στείλει λουλούδια έκπληξη και όχι μόνο χαλάσατε την έκπληξη, τα λουλούδια από το πρωί ήρθαν 11 η ώρα το βράδυ και σύν ότι αλλάξατε με δικη σας πρωτοβουλία το περιεχόμενο της παραγγελίας. Αρχικά, όταν πρόκειται για έκπληξη πάρτε ένα τηλέφωνο ρε παιδιά (επειδή λέτε πως πρέπει να επικοινωνήσετε με τον παραλήπτη) και πείτε το κάπως πιο γενικά ότι πρόκειται για κάποιο δέμα το οποίο είναι για εμας. Δεν χρειάζεται να πείτε συγκεκριμένα ότι είναι λουλούδια. Χάνεται όλη η ουσία. Μάλιστα ξέρω πως είπατε στον ίδιο ότι δεν μου είπατε κάτι συγκεκριμένο στο τηλέφωνο, ενώ σε εμένα είπατε ακριβώς ότι πρόκειται για λουλούδια. Αυτό και μόνο είναι τρομερά αντίεπαγγελματικό. Οκ επικοινωνήστε με τον παραλήπτη για να επιβεβαιώσετε ότι είναι σπίτι κλπ αλλά δεν χρειάζεται να είστε τόσο συγκεκριμένοι. Εκτός αυτού, συμφωνήσαμε για παράδοση από τις 4 το μεσημέρι και μετά. Αλλά προς θεού, όχι 11 το βράδυ , χωρίς καμία ενημέρωση. Περιμένεις όλη την μέρα να λάβεις μια ‘’έκπληξη" την οποία ο θεός να την κάνει έκπληξη και δεν μπορείς καν να βγεις από το σπίτι επειδή δεν γνωρίζεις καν το ποτε θα παραλάβεις. Τηλέφωνα δεν σηκώνετε, στο αγόρι μου στείλατε μήνυμα από τις 5 ότι τα λουλούδια έχουν παραδοθεί, μάλλον σε κάποιον φανταστικό άνθρωπο. Αρχίζεις και σκέφτεσαι μήπως χάθηκαν, μήπως παραδόθηκαν καπου λάθος. Θα μου πείτε σίγουρα λόγω μέρας Αγίου βαλεντινου υπήρχε αυξημενη δουλειά. Και το καταλαβαίνω απόλυτα ότι έχετε περισσότερη δουλειά, αλλά αυτό δεν θα έπρεπε να σας εμποδίζει από το να την κάνετε σωστά. Ενημερώστε. Σας πληρώνει ο άλλος για να προσφέρετε μια υπηρεσία. Ας μην σχολιάσω την κάρτα η οποία ήταν τελείως κακό γραμμένη, ένα 5 χρόνο καλύτερα θα την έγραφε. Αλλάξατε τα σοκολατάκια με δικη σας πρωτοβουλία, τα οποία ήταν πολύ βαριά και τα τοποθετήσατε πάνω στα τριαντάφυλλα με αποτέλεσμα πολλά από αυτά να πατηθούν. Ειλικρινά δεν έχουμε υπάρξει πιο απογοητευμένοι από μαγαζί, χαλάτε όλη την σκέψη αλλά και την διάθεση, αφού πιστεύαμε ότι δεν θα το παραλάβω και ποτέ. Κρίμα γιατί χάνετε παρά πολύ από αυτό. Ενώ τα προϊόντα σας είναι όμορφα, τα χαλάτε μόνοι σας με την αντιεπαγγελματική συμπεριφορά σας. Καμία σημασία στην λεπτομέρεια! Δεν το προτείνω σε κανέναν! Και ειλικρινά δεν θα δεχτώ καμία δικαιολογία σας! Δικαιολογείς μέχρι ένα σημείο μια καθυστέρηση λόγω ημέρας, αλλά όχι όλα αυτά μαζί. Extremely UNACCEPTABLE !!!! Not at all professionals!
