★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Λυπάμαι πολύ για την έλλειψη ευελιξίας στην πολιτική των αλλαγών. Μού έφεραν δώρο μία τσάντα, με ημερομηνία αγοράς 22/5. Λόγω του ότι μένω στην άλλη άκρη του λεκανοπεδίου, ήταν πολύ δύσκολο να βρω χρόνο νωρίτερα. Έτσι, πήρα τηλέφωνο, ρωτώντας αν μπορώ να κάνω την αλλαγή στις 4/6, δηλαδή 13 ημέρες μετά και μού το αρνήθηκαν. Οι 10 ημέρες προθεσμία για τις αλλαγές δώρων είναι πολύ λίγες και θα περίμενε κανείς, ένα σοβαρό κατάστημα να είναι λίγο ευέλικτο σε πελάτες που μένουν μακρυά.

Πράγματι, πήγα σήμερα το πρωί και η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν άψογη.
I am very sorry for the lack of flexibility in the policy of change. They brought me a bag as a gift, with a purchase date of 22/5. Because I live on the other side of the basin, it was very difficult to find time earlier. So, I got on the phone asking if I could make the change on 4/6, that is, 13 days later and I was denied it. The 10 day deadline for gift changes is very short and one would expect a serious store to be a little flexible to customers who stay away.
