Πήρα μια αλυσιαλ που υποτιθεται ότι ήταν ατσαλινη. Έσπασε μετά από 2 ημέρες. Τους κάλεσα. Και η υπεύθυνη μου είπε ότι οχι μόνο δεν προβλέπεται αλλαγή ή επιστροφή χρημάτων αλλά δεν υπάρχει λόγος να επισκεφτω το Κατ.μα να της δείξω την αλυσίδα. Όσο για τον ιδιοκτήτη μετά την προσφυγή μου στο Συνήγορο του Καταναλωτή απάντησε γραπτώς αποκαλώντας με άτομο με ψυχικά προβλήματα επειδή αναζητώ το δίκιο μου και έγραψε κ ότι χρησιμοποίησα ύβρεις στο τηλ γεγονός που δεν ίσχυε σε καμία περίπτωση κα. Η αλυσίδα κόστιζε 8-9 ευρώ. Το κόστος της αλυσίδας μικρό αλλά η συμπεριφορά τέτοιων ανθρώπων που βασίζονται στην ανοχή μας προκειμένου να πλουτίσουν απαράδεκτη!!! Μ	ΜΑΡΩ ΤΡΥΦΟΥ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το "απαράδεκτοι" είναι λίγο.. η δική μου εμπειρία από το κατάστημα του Χολαργού: Ζήτησα από την αδαή υπάλληλο, όπως αποδείχτηκε, ένα προϊόν αναφέροντας τα χαρακτηριστικά του. Το πήρε από το ράφι… το πλήρωσα και έφυγα. Μετά από λίγα λεπτά ανακαλύπτω ότι δεν ήταν αυτό που ζήτησα. Επιστρέφω αμέσως στο κατάστημα και εισπράττω την κάθετη άρνηση της ιδιοκτήτριας, όπως μου είπε, να το αλλάξει . Σε απάντηση της επιμονής μου αφού δεν ήταν δικό μου λάθος κάλεσαν την ασφάλεια κατηγορώντας με για κλοπή!!!!!!!!! Η κατηγορία βέβαια έπεσε στο κενό. Λυπάμαι για λογαριασμό της εταιρείας αλλά και των υπαλλήλων. Μια εταιρεία που δεν σέβεται τον καταναλωτή-πελάτη και τον εξευτελίζει. Πού έχει υπαλλήλους ανίδεους και ανίκανους να χειριστούν καταστάσεις. Άραγε γνωρίζει η υπάλληλος ότι η εταιρεία την οποία υπερασπίστηκε με τόσο μένος όταν δεν την χρειάζεται πια θα την απολύσει με ευκολία; Χειρότερο κατάστημα και από πάγκο λαϊκής.. το ένα αστεράκι το έβαλα αναγκαστικά για να με αφήσει να δημοσιεύσω την κριτική μου.
