Αγόρασα 3 τηγάνια μάρκας"εστία" σε πάρα πολύ καλή τιμή τα συνηστώ σε όλους αυτά τα τηγάνια είναι φανταστικά και επίσης πήρα και ένα ακονιστήρι. Ευχαριστώ πολύ για τα δωράκια που μου στείλατε μαζί με την παραγγελία μου Rating by "Michailidis Stathis" Flawless service and speed, well packaged products so as not to be hit. Very kind lady and helpful. I bought 3 "stove" brand pans at a very good price, I recommend them to all these pans are fantastic and I also got a sharpener. Δεν μπήκα στη διαδικασία γιατι ήμουν ετοιμογεννη και δεν είχα την όρεξη τους για αλλαγές... I ordered a two-seater ladder and another company came to me from the one I paid for and had ordered. Έκανα μια κράτηση μια καράφα για να την πάρω από το μαγαζί που έβλεπα πως ήταν διαθέσιμη. Την επόμενη μέρα με πήρε τηλέφωνο μια κυρία και με ενημέρωσε ότι είναι διαθέσιμη και θα μου την κρατήσει. Μετά από διάστημα 3-4 ημερών πήγα να την παραλάβω και στην παραλαβή ο κύριος που ήταν εκεί συνειδητοποίησε ότι δεν ήταν η καράφα που είχα παραγγείλει. Μου είπε ότι σίγουρα την έχει και θα μου την στείλει χωρίς χρέωση αλλά από την επόμενη εβδομάδα καθώς πήγα Παρασκευή. Το Σάββατο επειδή θα ήμουν στην περιοχή της Νέας Ιωνίας σκέφτηκα να πάρω και την κανάτα και πήρα τηλέφωνο (τα τηλέφωνα ενώ ανοίγουν από τις 09:00 δεν τα σηκώνουν ποτέ, μετά από 11 κλήσεις που έπεφταν αφού άκουγα την κοροϊδία ότι το τηλεφωνικό κέντρο δουλεύει) να τους ενημερώσω να μην την στείλουν. Αφού είδαν πολλές κλήσεις με πήραν τηλέφωνο και μου είπε η κυρία ότι δεν είχε την κανάτα και απ ότι είδε την έδωσαν για παραγγελία στην εταιρεία. Πάλι καλά που είναι ευγενικοί αλλά καθόλου επαγγελματίες. For the first time the comments I read fell through and for the first time I did not pay attention to them. I made a reservation for a carafe to get it from the store I saw was available. The next day a lady called me and informed me that she was available and would keep it for me. After 3-4 days I went to pick it up and upon receipt the gentleman who was there realized that it was not the carafe I had ordered. He told me that he definitely has it and will send it to me free of charge but from next week as I went Friday. On Saturday, because I would be in the area of Nea Ionia, I thought of taking the jug and got on the phone (the phones, while they are open from 09:00, never pick them up, after 11 calls that dropped after hearing the mockery that the call center is working) to inform them not to send it. After they saw many calls, they called me and the lady told me that she did not have the jug and from what she saw, they gave it to the company for an order. Again good that they are polite but not at all professional.

On Thursday, after 4 days of waiting for an update, I sent them an email asking about my order , I got no response, and then on Saturday morning they called me on my phone.
