R	Ru Zz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have travelled around alot , experienced many many different airlines, but by far this flight with Lufthansa airline was the worst experience, no more this airline.
k	kika melas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst airline ever! Delays, delays, delays. I arrived in Greece from Houston 11 hours late. I paid for my dog to travel in the cabin but the aircraft did not meet the requirements for pets to travel in the cabin! I ended up travelling from Houston to Frankfurt with my dog cage between my feet. There was no space not even for my purse so I had to put it in the cabin crew's locker on the other side of the aircraft. I had my medication in my purse and at some point when I did not feel that well I called 3 times for a cabin crew member for assistance. No one showed up although the light was on above my seat. I finally plugged up the courage to go to get my medication myself. The nightmare continued at Frankfurt airport: Lufthansa service staff in Frankfurt were rude to passengers who were trying to sort out the situation with their connection flights which they missed due to Lufthansa's delays. Instead of apologizing to the passengers for the ordeal they had to go through, they were even yelling at them especially to the ones looking immigrants! I was shocked and appalled by their behavior thinking that the airport staff is the very first impression of a country. I will never forget a Lufthansa service staff member yelling at a mother and her little girl who was trying to sort their connection flight to Canada.. Shocked and appalled!!
