The all time classic is great I think it would appeal to everyone. Definitely good to try if you’re in Greece and wandering with a small group looking to try new flavors.

They load up the delicious fried dough balls with tons of sauce of your choosing, and it’s a super decadent filling dessert. Staff was friendly and fast, but cons are the long wait time to get our food (20 min) and the lack of seating (seems to just be a problem with all the restaurants on that street).

The lukumades itself are not sweet and that's great, the sweetness comes from what you add to it. Very tasty but make sure to share, even the locals don't eat them all by themselves. If you sit in the street you can get a nice view of the Acropolis.

They have tons of flavors and ice cream to go with them so you won’t be disappointed. But you have to at least try to original once and I am sure you will go back for more! These are a great price and they give you a good amount. I ordered these on some of the islands and they were more expensive. For non Greeks: Lukumades are like donut holes, but crispy on the outside and so moist on the inside. They are deep fried pieces of heaven that don’t even taste greasy!Lukumades is one of my favors Greek snacks /desserts!
V	Vivian Tang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s good and you will definitely love it if you are into sweets. These are like fried donut balls and coated with syrup and with a scoop of ice cream on the side. In the Netherlands you can compare it with tiny “oliebollen”. I only tried the most normal thing on the menu with only syrup and it was nice, but not really special. However, it is a must try when in Athens!
