★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be sure to pack light because you will have to climb up a lot of stairs to reach this place. The long walk uphill which was very inconvenient to do with the luggage we had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheap excuses and poor behavior. We booked several month in advance for a cheaper price. 1 day before our arrival they canceled our stay because our credit card was not valid. We payed everything so far in Santorini with the card and it worked fine always. We assume they just wanted to sell the room for a higher price. Very rude behavior and not to recommend at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor experience booking several months ago. Booked during a sale for a good price, however our stay was cancelled citing the reason that my credit card wasn't valid. A friend had also booked a room there at the same time and also had their stay cancelled due to pre authorisation! Sadly there was nothing that the booking agent could do. I personally believe that the owner wanted to resell the rooms for a higher price and took an easy option out of our booking. Highly disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Left without hot water for 2 days now! No solution provided. No use of hot tub. Very hard to get hold of any sort of management for any solution. Definitely poor service. Very standard suite for the price we paid. Breakfast is of a very poor standard. Would not recommend to stay here, our friends have found far better suites/villas in pygros with much friendlier and helpful service. If you don’t want your holiday ruined, don’t stay here.

The location could be better but it’s a great excuse to get a buggy or bike and move around the whole island.
