Οταν ηθελα να περιγράψω την εμπειρία μου, δεν είχαν ακόμα ανοίξει στην google το καταστημα, ουτε τις κριτικες, και εστειλα εμαιλ στην εταιρια. Θυμαμαι οταν ξαναπηγα απο το καταστημα για να ζητησω αλλαγη σε ενα παντελονι που στην 2η φορα που το βαλα ειχε διαλυθει, η ιδια πωλητρια γυρισε , με υφος και μου ειπε σας θυμαμαι, διαβασα και το εμαιλ που στειλατε στην εταιρια. Μαλλον ηθελε να της ζητησω και συγνωμη αντι να ασχοληθει να εξυπηρετησει σαν επαγγελματιας. Εννοειται δεν ξαναπερασα ουτε απεξω, υπαρχουν παρα πολλες εταιριες , με πολυ καλες τιμες και πιο καλη ποιοτητα υφασματων. I will never forget how bad service I got from this store. When I wanted to describe my experience, the store had not yet opened in google, nor the reviews, and I sent an email to the company. I remember when I went back to the store to ask for a change in a pair of pants that on the 2nd time I put it on had dissolved, the same saleswoman came back, with style and told me I remember you, I also read the email you sent to the company. She probably wanted me to apologize instead of trying to serve as a professional. Of course I did not go outside either, there are many companies, with very good prices and better quality fabrics.
