★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Γνωριζεται πολλες εταιριες που οταν παραγγελνεις κάτι σου δεσμεύουν το ποσο της καρτας σου, παιρνανε 10 μερες και αφου αναρωτηθεις που είναι το προϊόν που αγορασες και το αναζητησεις ο ιδιος, σου λένε ότι πλέον δεν ειναι διαθέσιμο? Ε, λοιπόν εμένα μου έτυχε με την συγκεκριμένη εταιρία και ομολογω πως δεν μου εχει ξανατυχει και ας κανω αγορές πλέον online καθημερινα! Λυπαμαι πολυ για την πολιτικη της εταιρίας γιατι οι εποχές ειναι δυσκολες και γι αυτο τον λογο δεν ασχολήθηκα περισσότερο με το συμβάν! Αλλα θαρρω πως μια αξιολογηση ειναι αποδεκτη για να γνωριζουμε!
There are many companies that when you order something they commit the amount of your card, they took 10 days and after you wonder what is the product you bought and you look for it yourself, they tell you that it is no longer available? Well, it happened to me with this company and I confess that it has not happened to me before and let me shop online every day! I am very sorry for the company's policy because the times are difficult and for this reason I did not deal more with the event! But I dare say that an evaluation is acceptable for us to know!

Ενώ είχα πάρει τηλέφωνο την προηγούμενη μέρα για να ρωτήσω εάν υπάρχει το συγκεκριμένο νούμερο από ένα ρούχο που ήθελα να αλλάξω και με είχαν διαβεβαιώσει ότι υπάρχει και συμφωνήσαμε να περάσω αύριο να κάνω την αλλαγή, όταν έφτασα στο κατάστημα η μία κοπέλα είπε ότι δεν βγαίνει πλέον αυτό το ρούχο και όταν ρώτησε την δεύτερη κοπέλα αυτή μετά από σκέψη είπε ότι πουλήθηκε. Εν το μεταξύ πήρα δύο λεωφορεία και έκανα δύο ώρες δρόμο μόνο για να λάβω αυτή την συμπεριφορά. Επαγγελματικότητα μηδέν.
Unacceptable behavior by employees. While I had called the previous day to ask if there is the specific number of a garment that I wanted to change and they had assured me that it exists and we agreed to go tomorrow to make the change, when I arrived at the store one girl said it was not coming out anymore this outfit and when he asked the second girl she thoughtfully said it was sold. In the meantime I took two buses and drove for two hours just to get this behavior. Professionalism zero.
