Great wines, lovely food, a tour, and great service by the staff. Wines are reasonably priced if you wish to buy a bottle.

Fully recommend the trip to this winery. You should book your visit before going to assure your table. The wine tasting is excellent, we loved all the wines and also the food, its quality is outstanding too. Every wine comes with an explanation, you should try the 8 wine tasting. They whole experience was awesome.

Fantastic Experience. The Za Za Zu was our favourite, we brought a bottle to take home with us from Duty Free. We were a bit late and missed most of the tour, but we got straight into tasting 5 different wines. We tried 2 white wines and 2 red wines and 1 sparkling and we were given a platter of breads and olives. For each of the wines we received a really detailed explanation of the grapes and history behind which was amazing. Big thank you to the girl who was served up, she was fantastic. It was really beautiful and peaceful, we took loads of photos and our taxi was late and the winery gave us 2 free glasses of Za Za Zu which was a really nice gesture and a brilliant start to a great night out.

We had a great time at the winery and really enjoyed the atmosphere! We were a couple plus our 5 month old baby and the seating area was shaded and cool and perfect for our little guy to hangout beside us while we tasted the fantastic wines and yummy sides. Definitely worth the visit and buying a bottle or two to take home:)

Excellent visit to this lovely winery. We booked ahead, which is highly recommended, and opted for picnic tasting in the vineyards. The setting was very nice and the views are incredible. Food was provided in a basket and there is plenty of it. And,the quality of food was outstanding! Wines are served, with explanation, and then you are left to enjoy the setting and your meal. Host returned to deliver fresh dessert and a final glass of wine, again leaving you to stay as long as you wished and enjoy. Overall a wonderful experience. The wines were very good and paired superbly with the food choices. Fascinating to try the indigenous varieties.

Excellent wines, beautiful setting, fairly priced tastings, and delicious food. We were pleasantly surprised with the food menu and high quality dishes, which makes Lyrarakis a great place for a combination lunch and tasting, even if not everyone in your party is drinking wine. The staff was also really friendly and helpful, even driving us back to our car which we had to park a bit down the road due to construction when we were done. Highly recommend a visit to Lyrarakis.
